Amazing surroundings beautiful spa with hot springs. Felt very relaxed and recharged. Only thing is I would say the hotel feels dated. But this is really not a place to stay in your room.

Excellent service by the receptionist from check in to check out. Thanks for the late check out priority provided. Got a pleasant and comfortable rest. Spacious, big, clean and comfortable room. Welcome fruits - oranges, apples. Excellent buffet breakfast with a great variety of western and Chinese dishes. Various types of hotspring pools - coffee, wine, tea pool... Cucumber mask, free flow of fanta drinks, water and tea. One of the best holiday escape ever!! Will recommend to my friends and family and come again in future!!

酒店工作人員全程微笑服務，賓至如歸
温泉池帶數量很多且各具特色，服務員也經常性的端來茶水飲料問我們是否喝，住客更是可以刷卡上温泉區二樓泡，人少清靜水質非常乾淨，整體體驗舒適愉悦

家裡四大兩小訂了兩間雙床房，園景的能看到彩虹公園和對面的嶺頭。客房衞生還挺乾淨的，工作人員的服務態度很好，從酒店門口開始就有小哥哥小姐姐幫忙搬行李引導入住什麼的，還送了小孩子禮物。購買套餐裏的親子項目也很適合小朋友們去玩，好幾個手工的項目會在酒店旁邊的一棟樓裏，還有户外的項目在河邊的一個小公園裡麪。最重要的温泉還是不錯的，池子挺多的，時不時就有工作人員在池子邊送水，靠近流溪河邊有住店客人專用的温泉池，二樓還有私湯。總的來説挺適合全家親子出遊的，最好過兩晚，可以慢慢泡。

從入住到退房，都給人滿滿的舒適感，每個服務員都很熱情有禮，門口禮賓部的服務員，一下車就幫忙拿行李送到房間，辦理入住時前台小哥孫如龍先生知道我過生日，送了蛋糕還幫忙讓人佈置了房間，非常感謝🙏 同時也非常感謝小管家成小姐、沈小姐，陳小姐幫忙佈置了温馨的房間還送了好些精美小禮物；謝謝前台馬小姐主動幫忙延遲退房，太謝謝啦！還有温泉區也很好，服務人員不停地送茶水，櫃子上面隨時隨地都有乾淨的浴巾可以使用，温泉池子很多也很乾凈，酒店住客還有專享的濱河區，看着美麗的風景泡着温泉讓人特別舒服。退房時前台戚小姐也很好，；還有餐廳，自助早餐種類豐富多樣，午晚餐住店客人還有折扣（雖然折扣不多，但是比其他收服務費的酒店餐廳好得太多），還有這邊風景真的非常好啊………總的來説這是一次相當愉快的旅行，泡温泉首選，以後會一直來
