The Wave Hotel Condado

We loved our stay here. It is definitely a 2 star hotel. Things are getting worn out here and there. But it's clean. And for what we were charged we loved it. Would definitely stay at The Wave again in the future.

The staff was amazing, very kind and helpful. However the towels felt like sandpaper and the hot tub didn't work out entire trip. But overall great place to stay near to everything!

The air conditioning was leaking water on the ceiling, the television was damaged... the hallways were dirty, there was no pool and there was no parking, you have to pay for parking. They told us to check the room and they never arrived.

We were disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t working, but the staff was nice and the location was perfect

Terrible terrible. Only good thing is staff and the location. Beds are horrible and I have neck pain now. Jacuzzi is always cold doesnt work. We were tired after a long day of travelling and room was leaking water. So we swtiched it and that room was teribble too

I like that we were able to walk to places for breakfast lunch and dinner. The beach was only a 10 minute walk which was everything for me I love the beach. The people was nice and the hotel staff was pleasant. I just didn’t like that the walls were thin and the sink in the restroom kept filling up with water before going down completely while the water was running. Other than that our honeymoon was beautiful in Puerto Rico. We will definitely be back and do more fun activities.

Stayed for 3 nights. Housing keeping left a lot to be desired. Hair on the bathroom floor were not sweep on the second day. Not all toiletries and amenities in the room were replaced. Soaps and shampoos were not replaced. Bath towels were replaced but the small hand towel were not. On the third day when house keeping knock, I asked him to come back in 15 minutes. Guess what, the guy never came back to do our room. I was appalled that the when I came back at the end of the day. I reported to the front desk because this is absolutely unprofessional. All the front desk offered was clean towels. No drinks or other amenities to compensate. I even have to request for the bottle of waters that was suppose to be supplied daily. The front desk did submit my complain on the computer, asked if I put up a DO NOT DISTURB sign, which I did not. Housekeepers are paid by the hour or paid by the room, so report it if the room is not done. I know house keeping job is time consuming, I planned to leave a tip but, but each day was a different housekeeper, so you are rewarding a job not well done or maybe it is a sign to ask for tip. Not replacing the shampoo and soap is not a big deal since they do last three days. But not bothering to return to do the room because I ask you to return in 15 minutes is unacceptable. My suggestion is put up sign to inform guest what amenities is replaced daily and what is replaced only upon

Of all the times I’ve stayed at this hotel, I love room 307 best, bed situation and facing the street view. I notice they no longer have the breakfast option. The dripping Airconditioner in the lobby needs fixing as it drops water on the couch.very friendly staff.

Great renovations since the last hotel was there! Great roof bar/(jacuzzi was cold but fine it was hot out)... Staff were very friendly!!
