Such fantastic accommodations. All the restaurants were excellent! The location was great…we walked to Old San Juan and back twice. They kept our room clean and supplied with complimentary water and snacks—even had turn down service with sweets left on the nightstand every evening.

Thank you for the excellent stay. we didn't manage to find the jacuzzi but we didn't try too hard, either. The pool was very nice, the pina colada was delicious, and the rooms were very comfortable. The infinity pool is on the cliff overlooking the ocean, it's small but beautiful, and it opens until midnight. Beach isn't close by and at the closest one tide is pretty high so we just stayed at the pool area.

We stayed over for New Years thinking this would be a beach / pool holiday. Instead we would wake up to go to the pool and never found a deck chair available- all first come first serve. It was super crowded and tons of pp everywhere. Beach was at another property. Staff was nice but again seemed overwhelmed and a few times forgot to turn our room. Food was ok but super overpriced. Overall this was not the $1000 a night 5-star hotel I expected.

Nice hotel. Food was decent at the pool area. Small adult pool but secluded. Rooms were clean and well stocked with a mini fridge. Very nice turn down service with chocolates/ treats. Staff very friendly. Fancy restaurant way over priced but the food quality was excellent still.

The property was overall very nice with excellent friendly service and amenities — beautiful pool area, beach area, restaurants and even an old school game room with pool, ping pong, air hockey and board games. Our room on the 11th floor of the east tower however was awkwardly laid out, poorly lit, and dated and a little grimy, with most of the caulk in the marble shower and between the white floor tiles stained black. It’s a shame because otherwise it’s very nice hotel.
