Absolutely loved this hotel. Ambiance is top of the line. Only regret I have is that I couldn't enjoy the pool due to a late check-in and short stay. I definitely plan to stay again!

Beware they change you hotel!
booked the OLV hotel for 723$, at check in I was changed to another “sister” hotel I had to walk to. Small room, small bathroom. Not what was sold to me on the Orbitz website. I checked the hotel rooms run for 200$ less. I requested to talk to the manager and was denied. They told me,(Claridad) that manager said, if I wanted a refund, I must pick my bags and leave tge property! I have never in my life been treated so disrespectful. Very sad.

So the hotel was fancy, staff was great. But this is almost too fancy for me honestly everything was expensive like I paid $40 for $12 bottle of champagne lol. But comes with the territory I guess. But the shower and bathroom were the best time of my life. Changed my life.

Nice hotel, had a very nice atmosphere and very friendly staff, however, room floor was constantly wet, it was mármol and If the A/C was not in 65F it would condensate and become extremely wet, almost fell 3 times. 65F is not a comfortable temperature to have in your room. Unfortunately had to kill 4 super small roaches. Not the worst thing, but again, for the price I would have expected more

This property was nice but not worth the money. The shower felt amazing and it’s close to everything. The beach is about 5-10 minute walk depending on how you tolerate the heat. The pool is much smaller than pictured. The rooms are outdated with scrapings. I was charged $24 for wine I never had at the end of my trip and they never addressed me about the issue. The deposit is 250 not 150 as advertised. Food was good. Drinks are ok. Staff was phenomenal. The room was a big size! Very cozy bed.
