台盆下漏水發黴，但是浴巾偏偏是放置在這裏，電話前台兩次花了兩個小時才送來新的，房間也很老舊了，雖然有維護，但質感很差。晚餐的自助做的不錯，住了四晚沒有重樣過，菜品質量很棒！

We arrived in September for our second visit to this hotel . We can only say our stay once again was exceptional. We loved every minute of our holiday. We had requested as we were celebrating a special occasion to stay in a room close to where we stayed before . Imagine our surprise when we received an upgrade into a lovely suite sized room. This to us went above and beyond good service and we were so grateful to the hotel for doing this for us . The room was clean with minibar and plenty of room for your stay. The pools and grounds are kept beautifully clean , the water is a lovely temperature and we loved the pool bars with drinks available and of course some snacks . There were always plenty of beds available by the pool, and lots were comfy with cushions . The staff in the pool bar were always friendly . We loved the grounds and gardens of the hotel and the welcome drink on arrival was a lovely touch. The food was fantastic and I am pleased to see lots of Spanish offerings available without the usual fast food type options that you find in many hotels . Everything was cooked well and it was great to see so much fresh fish being used . The range of drinks and refreshments available from the bars is amazing . All in all we had a fantastic peaceful stay and would like to thank everyone at the hotel for making it a 10/10 experience. I have since we returned become a member of club H10 and we are counting the days to returning next year !!!

Stayed here for 7 nights all inclusive privilege room. Check in was very straight forward, our room wasn’t ready so we had lunch at poolside restaurant whilst we waited for it to become available. Our room 567 was one of the best we’ve stayed in anywhere. Sea and pool view, lovely and clean, comfortable beds, good size bathroom with all the usual toiletries. Nespresso coffee machine and ready stocked mini bar along with welcome bottle of chilled cava also in room for our arrival. Main buffet restaurant is spacious and offers plenty of choices. Food was excellent and the service from all the staff was superb, We also dined at the Gaudi restaurant twice for dinner and breakfast, the food and service was outstanding, as well as the Italian à la carte and The Brasserie., which were equally superb. There are several pool areas, all have plenty of sun beds available, although you still get people reserving them early morning, even though the hotel states they don’t allow it. The privilege pool area is smaller but relaxed. You get access to a lounge area where you can help yourself to a variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, along with some snacks, There’s nothing to fault with this hotel, only thing I’d say is the layout is a little confusing and takes a bit of getting used to, Highly recommended

Realy lovely architecture nice pools fantastic staff in all departments worked there socks off to make us happy .we went all inclusive + so included realy good brand spirits but I was disappointed with beer choice as they only had Spanish lager on draught yuk food was good plenty of choice but I would say 4 star unless eating in the 3 or 4 separate restaurants where your allowed 1 booking per week and the food there was 5 star .some of the entertainment was fantastic il divo our favourite but started a little late 10.30 pm 9 pm would have been better the music by the pool in the evening was OK but when it stopped at 9 pm it was left dead a bit of background music would have been good but all in all would recommend this beautiful hotel . We’re having another amazing holiday with H10. We’re currently in room 765 and highly recommend booking Privilege. The Gaudi restaurant is a fine dining experience like no other, with incredible service from Marta and her team. But that’s not all – our spacious and beautifully furnished room offers stunning views across the sea. Lunch at the La Brasserie is always a hit, with branded drinks, plenty of sun loungers or Bali beds available anytime. Despite being full, the hotel feels relaxed and inviting with plenty of spots to unwind. The grounds and pool areas are immaculate. Every member of staff has gone above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We haven’t had any issues booking any of the restaurants, but Privilege is definitely the way to go. Book it, you won’t be disappointed. We’re only halfway through our holiday, and we’re already having so much fun!. Thank you

Had a wonderful week in Gran Canaria with 17 and 21 year old children. Extremely relaxed, no problem getting sunbeds. Pleasant 20 min walk to shops and restaurants along promenade. We stayed half board privilege which worked for us. We could have drinks all day at pool on 4th floor if we wanted to. Great selection available. Breakfasts served late and sometimes paid for lunch at Naturalia restaurants which was lovely. Prices for food and drink very reasonable inside and outside hotel. Would definitely visit again .
