Maspalomas Princess

This hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. The staff are very attentive and friendly. They can’t do enough for you. The food is amazing! So much choice and many healthy options. The room/hotel does not provide and iron but that didn’t dampen our stay. The pool area is clean and there are so many bars/restaurants dotted around and they are always fully stocked. The hotel has ample amount of chairs and sun beds so no fear of missing out here. Would I stay here again? Yes I would and I would recommend it for couples and families.

As a family of 5 this hotel was just perfect . The complex was so clean and beautifully set out . The staff were friendly , helpful and polite . We had a small maintenance issue that was dealt with within just 10 minutes . The sun bed situation was a breath of fresh air . I never saw anyone reserving the sun beds due to the hotels policy and that was a great plus . The food was varied and we could always find some thing we liked . Entertaining team were the best we have come across . Great location . I would love to come back very soon

First time in Gran Canaria, usually go to Tenerife but decided to try Gran Canaria instead. Wasn’t really sure about where the main tourist parts of Gran Canaria were but we liked the look of this hotel and we were not disappointed. The staff, all the way from reception staff to cleaners are superb except Ima from the mordisco snack/lunch bar who storms about giving guests into trouble for forgetting to wear a t shirt or for taking a plastic plate instead of a paper one, however this was the only staff member we found rude in our 10 day stay so will not be complaining about that just want the hotel to know she is letting her colleagues down who have simply been excellent. Her manner in which she speaks to guests is alarming. The food is amazing, so varied and always fresh. You will not go hungry at this hotel. Best food I think I’ve had whilst been in a hotel complex which includes paying far more than I paid to visit this hotel. The room was spotless and cleaners round every day. Only slight issue is that we found the bed to be too hard and we didn’t have enough pillows (we didn’t know we could ask at reception). The TV also only had a few select channels and the British ones didn’t work, this was okay as we had our iPad though. Drinks - I loved having various drinks stations spread around the complex including a beer and wine tap. We travelled with our 7 month old baby and were able to get hot water from the various stations throughout the day however a kettle in the room would have made this task much more convenient for us. The only thing I’d mention about the drinks is that if you offer all inclusive this should be the case, not all inclusive with an option to go platinum all inclusive. Not a major issue for us as we don’t drink a lot of alcohol but would have been nice to have a Heineken now and then without having to pay for it. That being said the local beer was absolutely fine. We are looking to go on holiday again later on this year and are very much considering a return to this hotel.

Lovely hotels. Food and drinks great. Whole place spotless. Family room with outside area (ground floor) was fabulous. Loved having own area to sunbathe in the afternoon. Water park area is great. Only issues was bed was too hard and the kids club is not great.

A very modern and stylish place. First class for cleanliness. The food was exceptional in both quality and presentation. The staff did not cope very well at busy times,we found ourselves stood outside the restaurant for up to half an hour most nights. Other people just walked through ignoring the staff. Will definitely visit again if the Spanish people don't rebel against us .

We have been multiple times in gran-canaria. Majority of the time we stayed in playa del ingles, but this time we decided to stay in maspalomas. Usually we would choose adults only hotels, but we notice that this hotel have adults only area which looks great. The hotel was absolutely spotless. The gardens are well maintained and the bedrooms are good size and modern. Definitely extra pillow will be a bonus. The food was actually very good. Even Majority of the time we eat dinner out in restaurant, but few times we try the food market. We definitely would be back if again in maspalomas.

Fantastic hotel. Very clean with excellent facilities, good food and plenty of sunbeds. It was so good we hardly left the hotel. Great entertainment for kids and adults throughout the day and evening. The asian restaurant was amazing. Would highly recommend.

An amazing family holiday at a stunning venue. We went as a family of 8 and all had different needs that were met in full throughout our seven day stay. Food and service was outstanding. Something for everyone. We will be back again. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely two hotels in one restaurants all Lovely staff great did have dirty towels and sheets once but rectified quickly Bit too soon to turn aircon down in rooms as 37 degree's but hey ho! didn't upgrade drinks package as Happy with non brand and prosecco on bars was lovely my only bug bear was non consistency no inflatables in pool but some days it was ok also no smoking just only in certain areas was not policed by staff going by only a few didn't listen I must admit but did spoil the atmosphere I would definitely return although not have late flight home as hard to keep room on
