Was ok but wouldn’t come back. Location great, and overall clean hotel. Reception service shocking / pool bar very slow at serving and getting bill. When checking out wasn’t asked if everything was ok, had to initiate there had been ants in the bed the previous night and been bitten everywhere, to a reply of ok. Rooms looked quite modern on pictures, out room needed a freshen, chipped flooring. Wardrobe door won’t close and the he noisiest air con I’ve heard in a hotel room.

I stayed at this hotel on Playa de Palma for one night. The price, including breakfast, was perfectly reasonable for the off-season. I had booked a single room, but was given a small twin room. I wouldn't have wanted to stay there with two people. There was little closet space, and the bathroom was very small. Breakfast in the restaurant, which was very tightly packed with tables, was okay, but you can get better quality breakfast at other 4-star hotels. The location in the second row is good. The promenade and beach are within easy walking distance. There are several shops and restaurants nearby, including a German supermarket.

The hotel's location is excellent: close to the beach, bus stops (to Palma/Airport), and shopping/grocery stores. Two employees were very friendly and helpful: a young lady (shoulder-length hair, French-speaking) and a young gentleman. They were there in the mornings. The other receptionists were moderately motivated and helpful. The room was large and kept clean. The complex was kept clean, except for the toilet on the ground floor. Shower facilities were available even after check-out, although there was no hairdryer. It's a shame that the gym and restaurant don't open until 8:00 AM.

All in all a very good price/performance ratio. Hotel is recommended, we would come again.
