I had a lovely stay. The rooms were ready and the breakfast was lovely. The owners were lovely. It was easy to book the rooms. They can accept cash or card. There was a different choices for breakfast. We could ask for more tea/coffee and toast.

Really quality run guest house had a very comfortable stay well appointed rooms and a tip top breakfast. Central for local places of interest and good connection to major roads.Near to Conway Llandudno Rhyl and most other seaside towns in N Wales

Just had a 3 day stay with my Daughter whilst visiting the Colwyn Bay area and we were highly satisfied with this gem of a B&B. Very convenient for central location being only approximately 350yds from the railway station. At the bottom of the street there are bus stops to catch public transport though to all places to Rhyl and in the opposite direction through to Llandudno/ Conwy and beyond. Very very comfortable and run by a delightful couple that are keen for you to enjoy your stay and your visit to the local area and beyond. Could not fault the food due to the huge choice for breakfast with copious tea and toast if desired if you can still manage it after a delicious Full English. Do not think I would even bother looking for anywhere different to stay if returning to the area as this ticked all the boxes. Went with hosts recommendations for places to eat out and were definitely glad we took their advice. All in all a great visit in a lovely and very comfortable B&B. I personally had the room shown on the top of their web site and slept so well that I only heard the nearby church clock strike once during the night in 3 nights! Must have been something to do with the bracing Welsh air during our stay!

After a very long 7 years I finally got to go back to the best ever Guest house & finally to say hello again to the fabulous Tracy and Joel once more , & was not disappointed the warm Welcome amazing food my fluffy poached eggs ( thank you Joel ) Tracey’s fabulous smile. Room was perfect & every need was met with a warm smile and it was such a pleasure to spend my birthday down there and will be back very soon for my forth stay ….Such an amazing place to stay. Nothing is too big or too little if you ever find yourself in Colwyn Bay this is a place to stay. What a wonderful welcome after a rather bad experience at another hotel. We had the most amazing breakfast and a wonderful night's sleep. we will be back! What a lovely place, food was wonderful. Let's hope the rain stays away next time!

Lovely one night stay here I wish I could of stayed longer, from when I arrived I was able to check into my room straight away, the room was very clean, lots of room and nice and warm. Little touches were added during the stay which was so lovely and made it extra special, breakfast was cooked fresh and nothing was too much trouble. Only downside is there isn’t anything to do in colwyn bay but this doesn’t affect the hotel at all as the train station is only 5min walk away so you can still explore wales, I went to a pantomine in Rhyl and it was really easy to get there and back 😊 overall a lovely stay and il definitely return later this year.

Had a wonderful time at Bryn Woodlands, staff were very friendly and brilliant with the children, we had a family room which was 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms, 2 tvs, perfect for 2 adults 2 children. The beds were really comfortable. Breakfast had everything we needed and they catered to the children’s needs too. Overall we had a great time.

From the moment I arrived nothing was too much trouble. Warm welcome gorgeous bedroom spotless and so comfy ! Breakfast was such a treat excellent quality produce . I travelled alone on business which can be lonely but I was made to feel very comfortable and welcome! Thank you

Fabulous stay, ultra clean, comfiest beds, friendly and lovely owners. This first class hitel is situated close to the town but in a really quiet position, on site parking. Copious amounts of hit water, lovely extras, like bathrobes, wine glasses, good quality toiletries and plenty of fluffy white towels. Tracey and Joel are the loveliest people, thoughtful, kind and attentive. Delicious breakfast and a superbly run hotel. Would definately stay here again, thank you for wedding anniversary present too...so kind 💞
