Front desk person was great! This is a plce for young single people to stay. People in halls yelling and drinking very loud and to top it all off the indoor pool was out! I will NIT GO BACK HERE AGAIN

Was very disappointed the pool wasn't open, the website said it would open December 31, I came in on the 2nd and stayed 3 nights expecting to use it and was not able to,but yet the website was not updated

I enjoyed my stay and the staff's quick response to minor concerns. It was a very comfortable stay and the staff were invitational. The bed was a little uncomfortable because it was low and my back needs a higher bed, but I think someone with a healthy back will be find.

One thing I would say is the shower door didn’t close properly so it leaked and no handle on inside of shower. Otherwise we were happy with our stay!

The location was perfect for walking into short north. The staff were professional and kind. The breakfast was great as well as the coffee. We will stay again.

Stayed here for a few nights for a convention we were working at. Had warm food in the morning that offered to-go boxes as needed (which was great for us since sometimes we were in a rush), and a good selection of various drinks (juice, tea, coffee). Parking was easy and convenient, and the room was spacious, clean and as described. Would stay again 100%.
