Holiday Inn Express COLUMBUS DOWNTOWN by IHG

It was a perfect place to stay to be in downtown with a court date with early morning timelines, everyone was friendly, breakfast was hot & tasty and it was great for family to be altogether! We would choose this location again! 🇺🇸 we now have a new US citizen!

Hotel was fine, the location was a big selling point. The rooms were clean, and had been updated in the recent past. The room was functional. There was a charge for self-parking. Except for the common room, the public spaces would benefit from a refreshing update. They seemed dated, a bit worn, but clean. Consider staying here if you want to spend time in the German or Brewery section of Columbus.

The room was clean and the staff were kind. Given that I am handicapped I thought it would be a good idea to prepay for parking. Only to learn I was charged almost 5x the normal rate and could not even find a parking spot. Handicapped to regular. Please return my $54

Room was clean. Pillows are perfect. Staff was very, very nice. Breakfast with biscuits and gravy and yummy sausage links was soooooooo good. My compliments to all. Only one thing to note was that our room card key shut us out almost an hour before check-in.... which meant we were locked out at 10:00 a.m. instead of 11:00 a.m. which was check-out time. We were satisfied with everything else. Thank you.

The room was clean, supplies of towels was satisfactory. My one complaint was the parking, it was an inconvenience. Parking in-front or closet to the hotel was in another location. I would not return to this hotel. The parking was a big draw-back for me; the closeness of the the parking lot, small area is not something I would want to do again.

Clean room. Friendly staff. The exercise room was smaller but has everything one would need. Great breakfast, too.
