Hyatt Regency Columbus

It is good

Room was clean but went to take a shower and no shower curtain was in the bathroom. Also, coffee maker in room did not work and lock on the door did not work. Was also double charged for valet parking.

The staff was very friendly, but the walls in my room were thin and I could hear my neighbors TV, alarms, and conversations almost as clearly as if they were in my room.

Room was clean, check in was easy, valet was a NIGHTMARE but unfortunately there’s not a lot of options.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. There is one thing we didn't like or understand. There wasn't a microwave in the room. We were on the 12th floor, the microwave was down the hall by the elevator where the ice and vending machine was. If we wanted a late night snack heated up we would have needed to get dressed go down the hall and heat our food. Really weird! Other than that it was a great place to stay.

The room was lovely with a great view. Staff was very accommodating. Had a great conversation with Noah in the Big Bar

Heat in the bathroom would have been nice. Since it faced an outside wall, it was freezing. There was enough lighting in the main room to not trip over things, but that’s about it. It was VERY dark. Overall a poorly designed room, not worthy of the Hyatt brand.

The stay was great! Stayed here for OMEA. Not having to walk in the cold was a huge plus! The breakfast buffet is great! The only downside was the streaming to the TV in the room did not work, so that was a bummer. Everything else was great!
