WoodSpring Suites Columbus West - Hilliard

I like how the front desk staff remember who you are at check in and work to accommodate you great staff.

I have been here over a year now. You can see my June 2022 post for a couple pictures. They work hard to keep the building very clean. Every time i enter or exit the building i see one of the staff scrubbing something. I only had a couple small problems and they got resolved right away. Everything is clean and in great shape. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

This hotel is excellent and the staff is very helpful and professional and the rooms are amazing the hotel is always clean and the staff work around the clock to keep it that way. Lysa, Lisa, Jeremy, Jason, Jessica, sonia, Ronnie, and Ryan and Jessica all do an excellent job. Very hard workers. I plan on staying here for 2 years.

The staff was great and treated me well and with respect. Room was very clean and building was secure, I felt safe with being a woman by myself. I had no issues with guests or staff. My entire experience was overall good.

Let me start by saying I am 37 years old and I have never left a customer review for any business/company of any sort, but the people / staff at the Woodspring Suites hotel in Hilliard Ohio, were so exemplary, so extraordinary, and so outstanding, that quite frankly I felt obligated, as if it was my duty, to for the first time in my life, take the time to write a review. I could give multiple examples to why I am saying that the staff at Woodspring Suites in Hilliard is by far the best that I have ever experienced, but I am already almost to 1,000 characters in this review! I will simply say this, they all were so wonderful, and exceeded any fathomable expectations pertaining to the hospitality/customer service industry by so much, that I literally and personally asked each one of the staff members (that I personally witnessed going above and beyond numerous times)for their names / employee ID#'s so they can be identified specifically from me to management. With that said, I would like to sincerely recommend that Mr. Jeremy, Mr.Jason, Mr.Ryan,Mrs.Dee, Miss, Jessica,Miss Lisa and Mrs .Lysa( the G.M) all receive performance raises/bonus and recognition for the sensational service!!!

When I arrived at 9:30 pm, there was nobody in the office to check me in. They have a phone to dial 500 if it is after hours. I could hear the phone ringing in the office but nobody had forwarded the call from the after hours phone. I had to have some other people that stayed there go and get the person to come and check me in. The woman that finally did show up gave me a song and dance about how the phone system had been down since 4 that afternoon. The phone was ringing in the office...so it was a bunch of hogwash. Won't stay there again.

I was put in a smoking room. Didn’t realize that is what I had booked. All else was good

Please note, there was no reservation so i had to pay out of pocket. the hotel said they have never had transactions with ebookers and that ebookers did not confirm a booking nor pay them at all. i trust you will be able to effect a full refund, cover the telephone charges and send a goodwill voucher. Your agents could not sort it out while I was in the USA. Upon return, I called your office to clarify and get a refund. the hotel itself was satisfactory and met my needs. Thank you.

Stayed there two weeks. The first week was pretty uneventful and probably would have been a 4.5 to 5 star review, but the second week the true colors came out. I ended up having to go to the emergency room because painful and itchy scabs started showing up, first on my hands, then spreading around my body. The ER doc said I contracted scabies and by the time line it was likely from the hotel. I got back to the hotel and quietly told them of the issue. They said I couldn't prove it was from them. In addition, not only would they not allow me to change rooms, they wouldn't even give me new sheets unless I paid an extra charge. I'm supposed to talk to someone at their corporate office on Monday when they open but there really isn't much they can do at this point. I had to sleep in a chair for two nights. The management at this hotel just doesn't care about the people staying there. Their actions speak for themselves loud and clear. There are many businesses that deserve support - this is not one of them. Steer clear of this place at all costs!
