Very nice hotel, very clean, modern and close to many restaurants and attractions in downtown Columbus. The hotel pool was also great for kids. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

The room is very new and the facilities are very good. The hotel recommended by the foreigner is indeed good. The only problem is that the Uber taxi app cannot locate the hotel lobby. You have to tell the driver the address in advance.

The Hilton Hotel here is a pleasant surprise because the bed is very comfortable, the kind that allows you to sleep all night long, super good 👍. The hotel lobby is well designed, with the sun shining in, and unique design elements. The Hilton Hotel has two buildings, and there is a suspended passage between the two buildings. Standing on the passage, you can take photos, which is very photogenic

A relatively new hotel, overall not bad. The only thing is that the front desk seemed reluctant to give me some mineral water.

I have stayed in hotels many times, and I seldom comment on it, and I rarely give bad reviews, but the Hilton I stayed at this time really made it impossible not to give bad reviews. The air conditioner in the room is very noisy, OK, there is no way to do this. The service is also very poor, and it took half a day to call to order something. The next day there was no cleaning. After returning home at night, I called to ask for clean towels and bath towels to be replaced. The service staff directly brought up the clean towels and threw them in the bathroom before leaving. The dirty ones were not taken away! There are broken nails cut off all around the toilet, and I don't know whose. There are no disposable items, not even a mouthwash cup, OK, I understand for the sake of environmental protection, and there is no kettle. I thought that 200 dollars a night is not very cheap. Hilton is really disappointing.
