Fairfield Inn & Suites Columbus OSU

They overcharged my credit card with a pre-authorization. I had already paid for the room through Ctrip, but the hotel still charged an additional $114 to my credit card. I called the front desk to ask about the extra charge, but they couldn't explain it clearly or provide a reasonable justification, and it's been two weeks. They still haven't refunded this extra, wrongful charge. When I called the hotel again later, they just hung up on me.

I extend my deepest gratitude to all the staff at this hotel for making my memories of Columbus even more cherished. Although there was a small mistake on the part of the hotel, I am deeply grateful for their wholehearted efforts to resolve it. Thank you.

The hotel is very close to Ohio State University and is convenient for access

The front desk service is very good. Some of the equipment in the house are relatively old, but the price/performance ratio is good.

#positive #I was happy with the Room layout, Bed comfort level, Nearby restaurants, Location, Soundproofing, Corridor soundproofing; I chose a room type with two double beds and a sofa bed. After checking in, I found that the cushion of the sofa bed was a bit dirty and immediately communicated with the lady at the front desk, and immediately changed the room. The location of the hotel is very clean, there is a large free parking lot, there are several dining options outside the hotel, there is a gas station next to it, and it is only a few minutes' drive to the university. Generally speaking, it is well received.

非常好的酒店，距離OSU也不算遠，每天步行從酒店到學校，再從學校走回酒店，對於喜愛健步走的人士，很合適。空氣新鮮，安靜，人很少，也安全。

送孩子去學校，酒店到OSU非常近，還有shuttle,非常方便，房間乾淨整潔，工作人員態度友好，整體住宿感覺不錯。
