We checked in ahead of time and check-in went through very quickly. Thank you . It's cool in the pool, it wouldn't hurt to put a heater on.

Check in girl was very friendly and accomadating. We were able to check in a little early. Hotel smelled pleasant. Location was great for proximity to arena district.

I want to shout out the staff. They were so kind and accommodating!! They answered all questions with kindness and really set the standard for excellent customer service.
The room itself was fine. It was very normal, with all the usual amenities you're used to at a Holiday Inn. The hotel is centrally located and we were able to walk to everywhere we needed to be. I wish the airport shuttle was running, but it was easy enough to call a Lyft.
I took a few points off for cleanliness because there were a few bugs in the room.

We arrived after 2 clock our room was still wasnt ready. We had to sit in the lobby with all our stuff. Then my.son went to the pool it needs to be worked on or clean there was stuff in the pool. Then at at 2clock to 3 in the morning the next door people had lot of people in the room party and drinking and being so loud. I try to call the front.desk and the phone wasnt working there no hook up plug to the phone
I had to walk all the way to the front desk and them. The lady said that she would have Security go look into it. They didnt stop half hour to get it quit. It woke up my child and to them partying and getting no sleep. The staff was nice.

Check in went very well. The fella at the desk when I checked in was super nice as well as the lady who was there at check out. Beds were super comfy however, one of the beds had a stain in the corner. Overall, the stay was excellent!

The property was clean. The general staff especially the front desk were polite. We were there for the Columbus marathon. The morning of the marathon we asked for coffee. The manager said coffee isn’t served until 6:30. Usually hotels have coffee at reception around the clock. The toilet in the room was loose and not attached at the floor. The toilet seat was also loose and sliding side to side. At 6:30 when breakfast was served it was said we had to sit down to order a bagel. We offered to pay the $15 for a bagel to carry to the starting line. We were told no. The dinner the night before was short staffed. We waited 2 hours for our food to arrive. The hotel was in no form a dump. It was actually nice. The service and the toilets in both rooms were the only building downfalls. The policies enforced by the manager didn’t seem to add up to a hotel close to the starting line of the marathon. The front desk people on three interactions were very friendly and accommodating.

The shower was noticeably outstanding! Great shower head with very good water flow, very good drainage and name brand (Dove) soap and conditioner! Great shower !!!!

Overall, the one night stay was good and comfortable. The linens had some stains which will always put some doubt in you mind about cleanliness but everything else was fine.
