Hilton is usually a disappointment. No exception here. The room was provided for us to attend a wedding. At least this one has microwaves in rooms and a fridge. Pod “coffee” maker, so can’t even use your own coffee for a decent cup. Have to pay for breakfast. It was clean, but drainage in bathroom was extremely slow. Lighting in the room as a whole very dim, especially in the bathroom. Flat pillows, hard bed, rough sheets as far as bedding and nothing but a desk chair and a hard straight back chair for seating. Hallway not climate controlled. This location is somewhat isolated and not near to restaurants. On site grill was extremely limited in choices. Staff was nice, but overall, about what I expect from Hilton - not quite getting to where it should be…

During our recent stay at this hotel , we experienced an emergency with our pug. Due to the excellent information and help given by the general manager and staff off this property, we were able to get our puppy immediate help ! The general manager even watched our other pug for the time we had to go see the vet ! The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly ! I can only recommend this property !

This hotel exceeds expectations!! I visit this often when I travel for work in Columbus. I always find it to be clean with a pleasant smell. The staff from the Manager to the housekeepers are always very professional and courteous. They make sure mine and my colleagues are very well taken care of and that they do all that they can to accommodate us.
