Hyatt Place Colorado Springs/Garden of the Gods

Customer service is average. We feel like we are inconvenience to them. Not welcoming.

I stayed for one night. Arrived in the evening. Staff was friendly. Rooms were very nice, clean and roomy. Hotel is pretty accessable for being off the interstate. Plenty of food options around. Gas station close by. Would stay here again!

When we arrived the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was cleanish. Windows made it a bit difficult to take pictures of the view i paid for. But all in all i would stay here again.

Bathroom tub and toilet area too small. Sink outside of bathroom. I dont prefer that set up. Room very spacoius. Microwave in room would have been nice. Staff great. Breakfast typical. Great location.

Waste basket wasn’t emptied, wife step on some kind of plastic on carpet, found more plastic on self, bowl under bed and hair on side of shower. Wasn’t there best effort . Third time staying there and we were disappointed.

Room was pretty clean. The most important thing for me was convenience to my work location

The AC unit did work. The pillows and the mattress are terrible. The staff is very good

Staff. They should be more courteous and friendly with the guest. Room - house keeping should make sure the shower bottle, shampoo and conditioner bottles are filled before the guests arrive. They should provide thick comforter for the sofa bed and not just a thin bedsheet material which doesn’t help in the cold weather. Amenities are modern in the room, which is good but they should have provided microwave in all the rooms. Coffee should be available all the time for the guests.

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
