Nice hotel but staff charged me a random fee. Multiple calls to hotel, spoke to front desk and could never fix the issue. Asked to have a manager call me twice and still to this day have never heard from them.

We were so excited to find this reasonably priced option for our overnight stay prior to an early flight from Albany airport (which is right across the road from the hotel!). It was exceptionally quiet, very clean and the staff was so friendly. Our flight necessitated us needing a shuttle to the airport at 4:15 a.m. and as soon as we arrived at the desk, the shuttle was there waiting. We also left our car parked for five days and when we arrived back only waited about 5 minutes before the shuttle was there to pick us up after we called. The room did not have closets, but it had lots of options (hooks, tables) for holding clothing or suitcases. Bathroom had nice linens and the shower was great. We highly recommend!

The staff at the front desk is so friendly no matter the time of day. I checked in rather late and was surprised by how pleasant the representative was. The property is a new build, so the walls are thin IYKYK but the decor is inviting and the rooms were just the right size for a quick stay or business trip. The complimentary breakfast is a nice addition!

The hotel is new and has a very convenient location from the Airport. The only complaint I have is with the linens. The comforter was too short for the bed's size and it was not possible to cover myself properly. I went in winter and I needed a comforter. The pillows were too small and worn out. I requested a better comforter and pillows and they didn't have anything available. The hotel needs to invest in better linens and pillows.

Polite, quick service. Comfortable room for a single traveler or duo. Short walk or drive from the airport. Not much around in the area, but it was a very cost-effective option for me to sleep the night before an early flight and get to the security gate quickly.

We stayed here because we had to catch an early flight. It was New Years Eve, and we were worried about noise since clearly many guests were headed out to parties. However, I don't think I noticed any noise from our neighbors or down the hall. This place has a cool modern Euro vibe, with open storage. The room wasn't big, but it was perfect for our needs. Everything was extremely clean. Staff were very helpful, brought us a pack n play for our toddler, and the shuttle was there to drive us to the airport at 4am. It couldn't have gone better!
