Impossible d'évaluer puisque l'hôtel n'a fait preuve d'aucune souplesse dans le cadre d'une erreur de date de réservation de ma part pourtant immédiatement transmise.
Si je comprends parfaitement que le client ne puisse pas modifier ses dates, dans le cas d'une réservation non modifiable, pour convenance personnelle par contre je ne comprends pas pourquoi la direction de l'hôtel s'obstine à refuser tout compromis dans le cadre d'une erreur depuis saisie rapidement signalée.
L'absence de souplesse est même poussée à l'extrême lorsque l'hôtel refuse ma demande d'effectuer une seconde réservation (en payant tout de même la chambre non occupée) à la bonne date à prix remisé !
Un conseil : soyez vigilants lors de votre réservation, l'hôtel est intransigeant et fermé à tout compromis !

The property is very secure and safe, quite clean, staff are polite and kind. There is not much at all to do in Colomiers however it is fairly easy to get into Toulouse on weekdays by train or bus. Our only problem is our phone wasn't working so we had to go down to speak to reception which wasn't a problem as they were so helpful and accessible.

The hotel looks more like a 2 star hotel and the room stunk like smoke a lot. Moreover the Wi-Fi was not working at all and I couldn’t send emails. Acceptable buffet for breakfast
