Port View City Hotel

The hotel is located in a very busy area, so it might be a bit difficult to get there with a lot of luggage. The cleanliness and quality of the room were fine. It's in a relatively convenient location for getting to Peta Market and the mosque.

This hotel offers great value for money and is extremely close to Petah Market. It's also very close to the mosque and Hindu temple. It has a balcony, and the rooms at the back are quiet. The breakfast is simple but acceptable. The rooms are clean, and the bathroom is nice. The only downside is the proximity to the market; traffic is congested from 10 am to 4 pm. Getting a taxi there and back is also difficult due to traffic.

I stayed here because it was close to Colombo fort station. The air conditioning and shower were comfortable and there were no problems. The facilities are a bit old, so it's probably best to just use it for sleeping.
