Warm hospitality and nice breakfast are impressive. The team managed to identify n rectify my issue immediately after feedback. The shower temperature changes suddenly sometime.

It took about 40 minutes to get here from the airport by taxi with no traffic. The hotel shares security with the mall downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I got a 20% discount on the buffet dinner, which came out to less than 100 RMB – it was incredibly rich and great value for money. The room facilities were new, and the bedding was clean. All the staff were very friendly.

The 9th floor has a restaurant, bar, and pool, and there's a shopping mall downstairs. The service and facilities are excellent! 1. I felt like my luggage and room had been searched, but since I didn't have any valuables, nothing was damaged. 2. I had already paid for breakfast, but the restaurant manager asked for my receipt again, which totally ruined my beautiful mood!!!

The suite with a balcony was very spacious. The bathroom had a double vanity and a wet/dry separation, plus there was a separate walk-in closet, which was a great layout. Breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were very friendly. The pool was perfect for photos, and overall, I had a good experience!

The location is pretty good, with a lake nearby that's nice for a morning stroll. The only downside is that the room is a bit small.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the temple, and with a shopping mall right downstairs, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. Upon check-in, they also arranged connecting rooms for us, which was a nice touch. The design of these connecting rooms is quite interesting and offers flexibility, perfect for families or friends traveling together. The overall comfort of the rooms is good, and the facilities are well-maintained. The buffet selection is also quite rich, with taste and quality at a reasonable standard. The overall experience was consistently good; nothing particularly stunning, but definitely the kind of place that makes you feel secure and comfortable during your stay. All things considered, the quality matches the price, offering good value for money, and it's a suitable choice for your trip.

The hotel is located in the city center and is very close to all the main attractions in Colombo. The service was excellent! I would like to express special gratitude to Ms. Heshali Barnes for attending to all our requests and needs with utmost attention. Highly recommended!!!

As a Marriott member, we weren't charged extra for our child. The room was a bit small, but generally clean, and the location is excellent, right above a shopping mall and across from the Floating Temple. Overall, I'd give it a good review.

First time travelling to Sri Lanka and checked in to a great hotel. The service was wonderful and I was greeted warmly by the staff. Room was clean and spacious with a great view of the ocean. Options for breakfast were not great, but good enough with tasty food. The only minor complaint was the water temperature of the shower as the temperature fluctuated quite often.

It’s amazing hotel and worth opting when in Colombo. Food is good, staff are well trained and up with the service.

The hotel breakfast was good, but the cleanliness needs improvement; I even saw a cockroach in the 9th-floor restaurant.
