Die Unterkunft ist für eine Übernachtung nach einer Veranstaltung in der Lanxess Arena wirklich sehr gut gelegen.
Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und reicht für eine Nacht aus.
Das Badezimmer wurde leider nur halbherzig sauber gehalten.
Man hätte mehr Informationen zum CheckIn geben können, denn ich stand einige Zeit vor der Tür und habe versucht durch Klingeln in das Hotel zu kommen.
Letztendlich muss man sich per Telefon beim Service melden und bekommt dann einen Code genannt. Ein kurzer Hinweis auf diese Vorgehensweise beim CheckIn wäre sehr nett gewesen.

Unabhängig davon, dass die Küche ekelhaft dreckig ist, es in den Fluren stinkt, die Zimmer voller Schimmel sind, das angebliche Highspeed-Internet kaum nutzbar ist, ist die Frau H. eine unverschämte Person, die keinerlei Ahnung hat, wie man mit Gästen umgeht. Nun warte ich seit drei Wochen auf meine Kaution i.H.v. 500,00€. Ich wurde hingehalten mit einfachen Ausreden, nun antwortet auch keiner mehr. Wenn ich aus dem Ausland zurück bin, dann werde ich meine Anwälte einschalten. Finde es nahezu betrügerisch.

Vorsicht nicht buchen - wir wurden einfach von diesem Hotel in das Partnerhotel SMARTY Cologne City Center umgebucht, was eine totale Bruchbude ist. Die Rezeption war telefonisch nicht zu erreichen. Per Mail wurde uns ein Mini-Appartement zugesichert. Foto anbei was dieses Hotel darunter versteht. Bei meinem Backpackingurlaub in Thailand war keine Unterkunft so abgerockt und dreckig wie diese.
