Very good location in the old town center in the neigbourhoud of the Christmas Markets and shopping area. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Nice room and very clean. Good recuction on the nearby Parking Contipark Heumarkt. Very nice breakfast. We would choose the same hotel if we come back to Cologne. G.Limpens Belgium

Perfect place to stay in cologne friendly staff and reasonably priced

Have just returned from a 2 night stay for the Christmas markets. The hotel is just a few steps away from 1 of the markets & very central for the others. The hotel staff were amazing & we pre booked a breakfast for each day which had a good choice to start the day. Would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a central stay.

I really like and recommend this hotel. The facilities in the room is good, example strong water power, warm cozy lighting and Smart TV with YouTube (many hotel at this price is smart TV but no Netflix, not YouTube, can't mirror your device screen) The staff are very kind and friendly. The location is around 10mins walk from the Nuremberg main station. There is 1 way without any staircase, after exit the entrance of train station, turn left immediately to cross 2 traffic light, will not pass by Cologne Cathedral. After check-in hotel, you can take a 5mins walk to Cologne Cathedral. The hotel lobby is a restaurant, also operated by the hotel, it's where your breakfast place. I took a dinner there, the staff was nice and food was delicious as well. Overall very good experience.

Location was great being close to the train station and also very walkable distance to the city center and old town. The room was roomy enough but very dusty being carpeted floor.

Lovely and clean hotel! Very quiet considering the location, once the windows were shut you couldn't hear a thing. Staff are lovely and you can keep your baggage there on check out day for free!

Location was superb. Walking distance to train station, cathedral, shopping area… you name it. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was good. Pillow was a bit strange - just a flat square but room was comfortable. Little to no noise from the outside. Bathroom small but adequate. Was quite difficult to control water temperature but once you figure it out you’re all set. Overall a very good stay, would book a room here again
