Excellent accommodation! Water temperature in the pool was pleasant, room was very clean with all necessary kitchen equipment. All in all, warm recommendations! And the most important, communication with trip.com was smooth!

A great resort, very close to every attraction in Colmar, and very close to the market and supermarket. It is the happiest thing to eat the brunch, lunch and dinner that I made on the balcony every day⋯

Accommodation is ideal for a short trip and longer stay with dog.
The facility is dog-friendly. The location is ideal, as you can easily reach the most important sights on foot.
We liked it very much.😊

房間衞生一般 家居比較舊 不那麼乾淨的感覺 不過住一天習慣了也就還好
房間還算比較大 廚房用具基本應有盡有 有一個陽台還不錯 但有幾個問題 介意的朋友要注意：
前台説他們不是hotel 所以如果需要清潔服務是要另外收費的（15歐/人） 否則沒人打掃房間 垃圾都要自己扔 垃圾袋也衹給一個 多的也要收費
另外 房間裏的床單被套枕套是要自己鋪自己套的 會提供但不會給你鋪好
地理位置還不錯 不在科爾馬小鎮裏面 但距離也不遠 步行700米到1公里都能進入小鎮 距離科爾馬火車站比較近 差不多600米的距離 應該是在當地居民的小區裏 周圍非常安靜
我們運氣不錯 遇上一天特別美的黃昏 整個居民區就好像皮克斯動畫裏的黃昏 全部被籠罩在一片金粉色中 果然藝術源於生活
服務還行 前台英文可以
如果想遊覽科爾馬周邊小鎮 建議不要花26歐乘坐環遊巴士 非常虧 因為巴士每個站點基本1個小時到1個半小時才有一班車 車很小 一旦滿員就不能上 必須等下一班 沒有加車的服務 最關鍵的是 其實公交都可到達周邊小鎮 票價衹要1.5歐/人 性價比超高 還能想去哪個就去哪個
科爾馬及周邊小鎮還是很美的 很值得遊玩 也是中餐廳拍攝地嘛

It has been the worst experience I had ever had. We had one towel for the six days. No toilet paper for the same period of time. No shampo no body soap.
When we arrived the bed esa not made I had to make it myself.

We had a lovely stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The place is very well placed between the railway station and Petite Venise. It is comfortable and spacious. The only thing we would say is that the internet speed is slow.
