Little Good Harbour

Delightful little hotel in small but very well planted and quiet grounds, with the bigger of two pools very tastefully set out. Our room was two storey with sitting area and kitchen downstairs, lovely, cool and tasteful (again) bedroom, bathroom and balcony upstairs - ideal. Across the little road from The Fish Pot, fabulous location right on the beach with great food and good service. Altogether, a lovely, relaxing, comfortable boutique hotel and restaurant.

Fantastic gem of a small hotel with every comfort . A beautiful place in lush ground s with a two storey accommodation. Very spacious, lovely furnishings, relaxing and peaceful. Lovely pools and great service from the fish pot in the restaurant and also for on terrace dining should you wish! Absolutely gorgeous with great staff too. Nothing is too much trouble. Restaurant food varied and delicious. We have already re booked for next year! Hope to see you all then. Thanks

This was our second visit to LGH, we had visited previously in February 2022 which was our first holiday post covid and our first time visiting the Caribbean. Our flight was delayed due to storm Eunice but while we waited in the airport, Jason emailed saying he'd noted our flight was delayed, that our transfer from the airport would be ready for us and that dinner would be served on our terrace. This immediately took away the anxiety we were feeling about the delay. We got out of the taxi at LGH to be greeted by Javon and Trevor and to a sensory overload: warmth, humidity, bird song, frogs and insects and a meal laid out for us on the terrace of a beautiful, spacial villa and rum punches at the ready. It was dark when we arrived so woke up ready to see where we were the next morning and went for breakfast at the Fish Pot. We were utterly blown away by the view from the restaurant and were left speechless. Everyone at LHG and the Fish Pot made our first visit so memorable and special. We decided to got back in 2023 and were welcomed so warmly by Javon and Trevor. We stayed in a different villa and enjoyed the change. There is so much space for a family with teenagers, we wouldn't get this at a regular hotel. The swimming pool is peaceful, with the occasional lizard, humming bird, butterflies and even the odd monkey sighting. The grounds are beautiful, lovingly tended by a team of diligent gardeners. The whole site is immaculate thanks to the professional cleaning team. It is easy to instantly relax from the moment you arrive and soak up some much appreciated winter sun. The Fish Pot is fantastic for breakfast, gluten free bread is usually available, which means I don't have to use up valuable space in my suitcase. Having drinks on the beach terrace to watch the sunset is really special and the dinner menu has plenty of choice and the food is excellent. The whole restaurant team are highly professional and friendly - no stuffiness here. We can't wait to return.

My friends and I enjoyed a fabulous vacation at this splendid, intimate resort. We shared a three bedroom lovely apartment with spectacular views, and more than comfortable accommodations . The grounds and buildings are beautifully maintained and create a cozy environment. The beach was great, the drinks were great, the swimming was great, and the restaurant always great . Most of all, The staff were especially attentive And generous with their warm, smiles and genuine care I really cannot wait to go back

The garden suite was clean, spacious and well equipped. All the staff, including the owner and managers, at the resort and at the Fish Pot were lovely, friendly and attentive . The food at the Fish Pot is superb and I never got bored over 9 nights half board despite not eating meat. The beach is small but perfectly adequate with plenty of loungers, although it does slope quite steeply for less confident swimmers. I hate traffic noise but the road was never a real problem apart from the odd motor bike in the night. Off the tourist route, this resort is quiet, homely and welcoming. I would definitely return.

Little Good Harbour is simply wonderful and their restaurant The Fish Pot is so good that we wanted to eat there all the time! The Little Good Harbour Team were outstanding and helped us book excursions, taxis, restaurants and generally get the most out of our week in Barbados! The Little Good Harbour accomodation is perfect - clean and extremely comfortable and far superior to some of the renowned Barbardos resorts which we checked out during our visit and thought were a bit tired and old fashioned. The location of Little Good Harbour is unspoilt and very near the upcoming area of Speighstown. Thank you Little Good Harbour, we truly had a fabulous week and will be back some day!

The Little Good Harbour hotel is a real find , The hotel is more a collection of apartments/houses scattered around behind the main hotel building. Each apartment is totally private with access to a number of very nice pool areas. The hotel staff are probably the most friendly and helpful i have ever come across, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel has a restaurant on the beach called the Fish Pot that is also excelent . We didnt have a bad meal for our entire stay. We will hopefully be back soon. Very Highly recomended.

Beautiful place, very clean. Friendly, kind and warm staff all around. The maids, maintenance and office staff were all wonderful. Excellent restaurant with great food and service directly across the street. We stayed in a one bedroom villa that was great. However, I wish it was air conditioned throughout. It was not.

The perfect combination of understated luxury. Beautiful location, wonderful boutique hotel, and fantastic restaurant! The staff are beyond attentive. Every need was catered for -car hire, local restaurant recommendations , boat trips and the best part was the personal touch from all of the amazing team ! 5 stars , we will be back !
