The air conditioner was leaking so roomed had water on floor no microwave it wasn’t working and linen wasn’t clean

The room was perfectly clean. Everything was up to date and new. Appliances were clean and bathroom was clean. While I was there housekeeping cleaned the room amazing so that we could enjoy the rest of our stay in a clean room.

We waited 40 minutes for the shuttle and it NEVER came. the rooms stunk.from cigarettes . The breakfast was a joke .I slept on top of the covers becaiuse I found hair in the sheets

My son and I enjoyed our stay over this past weekend. We arrived about an hour before check in time, but the ladies at the desk allowed us to go ahead and get our room. After an all day drive we were greatly appreciative. The outside of the property was clean. Plenty of parking spaces. Our room was very clean. Although I didn’t realize I booked a room right beside the airport. We could hear the planes taking off all through the night. But it was also pretty cool to see them so close. We didn’t have any issues throughout the trip.

Breakfast was just toast and waffles, tea, coffee or juices. Only went once. One day my replacement towel was not cleaned.
