We are here first time restaurant service good food is delicious big hotel and you can spend good time here. Animation team is great entertainment program is so nice you have so many things to do in daily program and evening programs are also super and thanks a lot to BATUHAN :)

I stayed in this hotel in April 2022 and loved my stay very much. They have a lot of facilities to make use of. Besides multiple pools you have a Gym, multiple Tennis courts a Basketball court and multiple Soccer fields. Besides being active in one of the facilities you can also relax with ”mild” animation. The beach is very well maintained and there is plenty of space and a good distancing between the sun beds. I found the food delicious and the variarity is large. Everyone will find something delicious to eat. One the beach you can have Hamburges and Hot Dogs from lunch to ~ 6 pm. There is Wifi in the whole hotel with good reception. (I was able to use my FireTV stick and watch Netflix.) Even on the pool area you have Wifi ...writing my review on my last day here from that area. On the beach you have Wifi reception in the two bar houses Is all perfect? No of course not, but it's minor ... for instance the toilet flush was the worst I ever experienced. But those are minor things. I would definitely staz here again.

The location is very good, three hotels have very different concepts in the same area. It is in the top 5 of the hotels I have visited. By the way, I also liked the trip application very much. We thank you.

Отдыхали в отеле в июле 2022-го года с ребёнком 6 лет. В целом, понравилось. Когда дали номер на 1-м этаже, немного расстроились, но в итоге всё отлично получилось. У нас было очень тихо. При этом столовая и бассейн были под боком. Вид на забор, за которым пустырь. Неживописно, но нормально. Один раз поздно вечером к нам приходил ёжик) Когда через несколько дней предложили переселить повыше, мы отказались) Пляж отличный. Лежаки всегда были в наличии. Заход в море хороший. Пляж находится не близко, но особых неудобств не было. Утром и вечером постоянно ходил автобус. Несколько раз добирались пешком. Кафе рядом с пляжем, действительно, находится не совсем рядом с пляжем, как сказано в других отзывах, но некритично далеко. У бассейна найти лежаки проблематично, если приходить не рано. Мы обычно находили один лежак на троих, потом купались и в процессе обрастали доп. лежаками. Горки – супер, сыну понравилось. В отеле отличный массаж. В соседних здания видели дешевле, но и в отеле цены приемлемые. В этот приезд экскурсии не брали. Ездили самостоятельно посмотреть античный Сиде. Рядом с отелем ходит маршрутка. На маршрутке и обратно добрались. Летали на парашюте втроём на пляже. Понравилось, но очень долго всё было) Пришлось прятаться от полицейского катера и ждать, когда они уедут. Детский клуб в отеле – огонь. Сын не хотел иногда идти на пляж, хотел быть в клубе «Тукан». Были русскоязычные аниматоры с детьми. Анимация стандартная для турецких отелей. Играли в «Бинго», но ничего не выиграли как обычно). Ходили на шоу – всё стандартно и, в основном, интересно. Понравилось шоу, где ребята на велосипедах всякие трюки делали, а вот танцевальные шоу были слабоваты в этот раз. Еда отличная и разнообразная. На ужине сложно найти место на улице – надо приходить сильно рано или сильно поздно. Но очередей нет. Плюс перекус есть постоянно. Лепёшки пекут и у бассейна, и в кафе на пляже. Алкоголь нормальный, но не блестящий. Вино невкусное. Пили джин-тоник, который обычно сносный в турецких отелях. В баре рядом с ресепшн наливали иностранный виски – приятно. Ходили в ресторан аля-карт. Еда не особо впечатлила, но один вечер было прикольно поесть не с шведским столом. В целом, рекомендую!

Overall nice hotel located not far walk from the beach with good bus connections to Side town. There is a layer of Turkish citizens that are very focused to sell you things as you are a Tourist at overpriced cost from the moment you out to explore, but this goes for the sales reps within hotel land outside in shops. This might bother some visitors that are not used to dubious boundaries in others, we choose to ignore them so it’s up to you if you get work up about it or not - but beware they are round. I must also mention there are nice local people round too that are not focused on the above so keep this in mind. Food is good you’ll get fresh pitas every morning made in a flame oven and freshly baked croissants. There is a grill and plenty of choice of meals at lunch and dinner, however the restaurant gets super busy and crowded and sometimes hard to find seating and table. The hygiene is not the best and cleanliness levels not too good. Upon our arrival we were put in a dirty room which was then cleaned when we complained. Overall everything is made to look very glamorous but not so clean. The beach is nice. There is a section that belongs to the hotel once you get past the frontal 2 hotels however it s not guarded where the neighbouring one is. We were hassled by males selling junk stuff, one of which spat at me when I told him to go away whilst partner was swimming, so be careful if you are there as a solitary female. Rooms are comfortable and staff fairly pleasant, facilities good , spa and sauna good. There is a patisserie free to use during the day and a coffee shop. Overall the hotel could do with improved hygiene levels, but overall it’s a lovely place and good value for money, so I would actually recommend it with caution for the above, or if you have travelled in northern Africa expect similar mentality towards tourists.

We lived in Oyster for 18 days. Family with a 4-year-old child. And it was the type that we needed to give. Calm as on the dacha :) the hotel is very small. The room has everything you need. More walking 10 minutes (we and the child) through the most beautiful flower venue. Beach is sandy, great entering water. Ledges, overhead. There is a rental car nearby, good and with pleasant prices. There are no restaurants nearby (Titanic is terrible, don't go), but it is not a problem, as you can eat at the hotel - the cook cooks quite delicious. From the stores nearby - sec, everything you need there can be bought. Migros minutes 10-15 on the car. We were taken there by the host sometime. The host of the Mustafa hotel is a real gift! Very friendly, hospitality and soulful. It will do everything for your comfortable stay and your calmness. Therefore, all the time we did not leave the feeling of care and warmth.
