We enjoyed our stay for three nights in Alte Mühle very much. We were given an upgraded, very large studio suite. Breakfast buffet was very nice, all of their personnel were lovely and helpful. Bad Bertrich is a quiet village with restaurants and a rather close drive to Beilstein, Cochem and Bernkastel-Kues.

Oh my word what a beautiful place! We have just spent a wonderful couple of hours on the terrace with the new manager David tasting some of the superb wines from the Stefan Prüm local vineyard. Having a sommelier share his knowledge of great wine and food , along with the fabulous views from the terrace made this a very special visit. Tucked away in a quiet corner of Bad Bertrich within a short walk of the beautiful thermal spa makes this the perfect location in the quiet spa town . A very special place to stay, and a wonderful alternative to the hustle and bustle of the towns on the busier Moselle. Can’t wait to come back and stay in the newly renovated rooms!

Super nice, cozy hotel in a quiet area within walking distance to most activities. The service was excellent and the food absolutely delicious. Very clean. We loved the super comfy beds. Lots of great hiking, golfing and relaxation in the region. We’ll definitely be back!

Our stay here was fantastic. It is in a remote area but a good base to explore from. The drive and the views all around are spectacular. Its a lovely area of Germany.
The hotel staff are super friendly and make you feel very welcome. Thank you David for some great suggestions of places to visit.
The room was pleasant and very spacious.
There is an amazing spa a short walk from the hotel which a real treat at the end of a day exploring.

Warm atmosphere in the hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. Also breakfast was nice. I liked the coffee in the morning breakfast. The parking space was large enough and there is a nice garden next to it so you can enjoy the view from the balcony

Under new management this year. A lot has already been renovated/modernized. Both the room and the restaurant and the terrace. The location is beautiful in a park and the terrace is by far the most beautiful in Bad Bertrich. Food (great breakfast) is great too. The partly covered parking spaces are a plus for bikers. All in all a clear recommendation and the best choice in Bad Bertrich.

There are no special cleaning agents for a room where a dog was. In over 25 years in the hotel and catering industry I have never seen this remedy. Also is not particularly cleaned after a dog. In addition, we are still in the middle of Corona, do you want to say here that cleaning is only done properly if there was a dog in the room? Dog VS child: child does not cost anything extra, child is loud, makes dirt and moves. Damage caused by children is almost impossible to get from the parents. Dog is calm, listens to the word. Dogs are clean. Dogs are insured, the owner is always liable. One can only guess, wide arc is the best here.
