Lovely hotel in a great location. The hotel is only 8 min to the train station, plenty of shops and cafes nearby. The breakfast was very nice, the room was good size and very comfy bed. The staff was very friendly. The only thing that was missing it was to have any tea or coffee free of charge , unfortunately no any kettle in the room or any shared area to enjoy a tea.

Love this town, one our favorites. Shopping is good. Weather not so great so things closed up early the first night, but down the block further and found several nice places open.

Friendly Staff , who went out of their way to help us with a late check in because of traffic delays.
Parking is a bit of a pain,- a popular (so often full) short stay (2hrs) right in front of the hotel, which makes arrival/check in/ unloading luggage a bit awkward. There is a multistory car park 3 minutes walk away, that is a cheaper place to leave the car when your there for a couple of nights. So overall not a real drawback for staying in a pleasant hotel in a good location.

We were there for three nights (08/30 to 09/02/2022). Had a room under the roof (403) in the direction of the old town. We have already traveled to a number of hotels and cities but have never lived in a room like this. Was that a toilet with a shower or a toilet with a bedroom and a shower. If this becomes the new overnight culture in hotels, we'd rather stay at home. To explain: toilet in the room separated by a sliding door and open at the top. The same goes for the shower. Just in front of the bed, the sink in the room too. There was no closet for our clothes, just an open bar and a wooden board on the wall. It is better to leave the windows open at night, then the noise level from the alley is not quite as loud. I find the pricing of 150 euros per night outrageous. Thank god the breakfast was ok. We cannot make any recommendations here. You won't see us there again anyway. The owner won't care.

We chose the hotel because of the good reviews, the location and the acceptance of dogs. We had i.a. used the "pet-friendly" filter, booked with the information that we were coming with a dog, also called and received the promise that the dog was welcome. Upon arrival, the owner refused us entry to the hotel! Such treatment has never happened to us anywhere in the world. This place is not recommended under such management.
