I stayed couple of days for my son’s graduation ceremony with family. Room was spacious after adding additional bed as well. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly and service was great. Only problem was nothing was available nearby. Still I prefer to stay again.

Well the parking is bow chargeable £8 and there is no water in arrival. I have platinum membership and they couldn’t locate my status. Very very dissatisfied. Specially i pay over £650 per year for this

This is not Hilton standard, paying to be cold, the rooms have no air conditioning, I complained at reception and they said they would fix it in 15 minutes and every night nothing changes, the temperature is 1 degree outside and inside there is no air conditioning, deplorable, I will never return to this hotel, this is unacceptable!

Perfect beautiful clean comfortable place to stay. Good gym. New very clean. Great breakfast. Really good service. Shame no swimming pool. Thank you for a great stay!

If a hotel can't provide something as simple as water for their guests, then i have no business staying there.

Room was clean with nice comfy beds. There were no additional pillows in the room so we were stuck with the soft fluffy ones rather than having a firmer option. Room and bathroom was tidy and well presented.

The hotel was nice and breakfast good - a function was on is a little loud untill midnight or so - then quiet an affordable getaway just a short drive from london

Room is clear, hotel location is not convenient. Bath design is bad, floor got wet after shower, there has no any hooks or places to hang up the clothes or towers in bathroom😓…
