Metropolitan at the 9, Autograph Collection

The room was quite old. Check-in is at 4 PM, and I tried emailing the hotel to see if I could check in earlier, but received no response at all. The first room they gave me had two huge fans right outside the window, so I had to talk to the front desk manager to get a different one. I already knew there wouldn't be slippers, toothbrushes, or toothpaste, but there wasn't even a cup to put my toothbrush in. I only chose this hotel because the Hilton was fully booked.

Terrible hotel. Couldn't check in upon arrival due to a front desk error. The hotel's facilities are often broken, like the air conditioning and beds. The room was incredibly noisy at night because it faced the main street, making it very hard to get good rest. I changed rooms three times, but it was always the same. The service was also really bad, and the front desk manager was dismissive. Plus, the food at the lobby restaurant was awful and way too salty. Definitely a hotel to avoid.
