Is ok.  I would still recommend

Very clean hotel and good service mind. The location is in downtown. Easy for everything.

Staff was very courteous; location of the hotel was ideal; wish that the restaurant was open for longer hours for Sunday brunch

The pool was cold and dirty, there was algae growing on the side walls of the pool and in the floor grout. The hot tub was foaming over, so we did not use it. The elevators took a long time to arrive for our entire stay. The room phone only worked when it was on speaker. The staff was OK but I wouldn't say they were overly friendly. Breakfast was pretty good.

We loved our room. It was a great fit for us and our two little boys. We loved the bunk bed situation and the little table and chairs in the suite. We even enjoyed our food and room service. The fitness center was also very nice, if you plan on getting a workout in. Our biggest complaint was the pool. The tile was popping up around the pool and the water was pooling underneath it which likely made it smell the way that it did. We ended up only swimming for maybe 10 minutes because we were put off by the state of the entire pool.
