The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I do not like mold in my bathroom, especially around the shower and commode. I am also not fond of see-through linens. This is not a 2-star hotel chain, but it certainly felt like it. The redeeming aspect was the staff. They were friendly, professional, and helpful.

Room was not cleaned very well. Bathroom walls has peeling wallpaper and mold growing at the seams.

After our long drive, we arrived ahead of schedule. So very thankful our room was ready and we were able to check in early. Staff very fr and welcoming. Clean room!!! Great breakfast!! Thank you so much!!!

The A/C in room was not working when we returned from dinner. Front desk person had no help and was very busy with a lot of things going on in the hotel. Finally around 1:00am, we were able to change rooms as the A/C was not fixed. Front desk person was very polite and said they would compensate us for the trouble. That never happened. There was too much going on in the hotel that night (arrests, people checking in to occupied rooms) in addition to kids knocking on doors until past 12pm.

I was a late arrival, so as a senior lady traveling by myself I felt safe in the parking lot & in the hotel. Staff was extremely helpful & nice....good customer service which is hard to find now a day.

The location was excellent right by a shopping plaza. The room had so much room for us and as well as the bathroom was big. Parking was a little bad since they were hosting a party. Breakfast had omelets, oatmeal, mini waffles, biscuits, and gravy. Would come to this hotel again.
