This hotel must have been beautiful at one time. The bones are great, the rooms are well sized, and the lobby and bar must have been magnificent. Fortunately (or unfortunately) we checked in post theater at 10pm so our room was dark when we got there. When we woke up in the light of the morning, we were dismayed and a little grossed out. The room was dirty, the bathroom was tired, the water came out rusty and we couldn't wait to get out of there! To be specific, the lamp & furniture was covered in dust, the curtain had a blood stain, the carpeting was rippling, the bathroom tile was disgusting and there was a white drip mark (ewwww) on the nightstand. We booked this hotel because the Marriott agent recommended it when our preferred hotel was full. We immediately called Marriott and told them they needed to rebook us elsewhere for our second night which they did. Please chose a different hotel.

Poor value for money I spent 4 nights here in July 2022. It’s a pleasant hotel but there’s just no need to stay here. You’re better off staying on the outskirts of Cleveland for the following reasons: - parking here is $16 a day - breakfast is not included - there is no servicing of rooms unless you request it. There’s no discount in recognition of this reduction in service - there is little to nothing to do in downtown Cleveland. In short, underwhelmed

dorel radoiu 1/5 Paid in full when booked with parksleepfly.com for 2 nights stay and 1week parking having the airport shuttle included per description. When arrived at hotel nightmare started Called 2 days prior arrival to confirm I’ll have a shuttle at 4am When got at the location I was handed a voucher to call a shuttle company which told me they can come to pick me up before ,,about’’ 4:45 After I hit to the room I open up my online banking to make a payment for an outstanding bill And noticed a charge from the hotel for another 144$ even my stay was paid in full they told me they need my credit card for incidentals which I understood not from that to charging me on the spot for incidentals when I just checked in … it’s a long way I decided I cannot risk just getting a cab in the morning so I left together with my car at 3 am and used parknfly service Nightmare continued 2 days after I noticed 2 more charges in my credit card account from comfort inn one of 122.43 and one of 122.73 Called the hotel and tried to sort it out I was told all the charges are reversed Partially true because the charge of 122.73 is still in my account and I am still good to pay it. So Beware poor service dirty room and credit card scam ! If this is the way this business is surviving all I can say is Shame on you! Trip typeVacation Rooms1.0Service1.0Location2.0

The location is very good, close to the city center**. The house looks old, but the facilities are clean and well-equipped, and the staff are very professional. Very quiet and praised. TV is also very good

Pros: Great location walking distance from downtown restaurants, Progressive Field, ******, House of Blues, blowing/arcade, CVS. Short drive to Top Golf. Neat old building with some unique charm. Friendly staff. Our room was much bigger than a standard hotel room plus it had 2 King beds and a kitchen with full sized refrigerator, dish washer and stove. The free breakfast was decent. Cons: TV service is HORRIBLE (satellite) - it kept freezing up on us both nights. The bathroom was surprisingly TINY considering the size of the room - it was difficult to enter/exit without entering the shower. The hotel doesn't have large hallway ice machines (which we rely on to fill our cooler). However each room has a freezer with an ice maker but not enough for our needs. They were short staffed all weekend. Our room came with ONE bath towel so when we called for more, we had to go to the front desk to get them ourselves (which was a long walk and 2 elevators to another tower). Valet parking is about $40 per day, which seemed the only option. Only 1 valet working both days we were there so there was a long wait, even when we called ahead for our car. Hotel bar closed all weekend.
