The hotel was nice. Very convenient location, at a walking distance from the train station. However, there’s no one there in case you have any issues. For example, one person in our group had problems with his back and he had to wait until the next day to request a pillow and they didn’t give us any since they said their policy is to have only 1 per person (a bit extreme and not too nice for the customers). So just be aware that this is good for the price but not the best if you have any problems.

The night in the tree houses is recommended. Very nice resort and you have so for the two parks two days. An experience is also when you watch the animals in the wild park early morning or late evening.

Very spacious and well equipped junior suite. Stylishly furnished. Exceptionally comfortable bed. Adequate storage space. Bathroom and bedroom very clean and well presented. Kitchen niche was very useful with fridge/ice box, coffee machine, tea, plates and cutlery, microwave...here and lounge not as scrupulously clean as bath/bed...housekeeping need to be a little more careful (fingersprints, rings from drinks etc). Very nice to have a private terrace, same comment as above re housekeeping. Location might not be to everyone´s taste but we enjoyed watching the trains. Hotel is very quiet...station area quiet at night, no loud traffic. Dinner at adjoined restaurant was excellent (regional dishes, good beer and wine choice). Room service breakfast was very good. Excellent secure parking....in my opinion worth the extra. Happy to return here. Corona situation dealt with very well, had informed hotel of our risk factors (health +age)...we felt secure here at all times. Thanks to all staff for a pleasant stay.

The Best Western Queens Hotel Pforzheim-Niefern is easily accessible by car (motorway A8 is 500 m away). We are located between Stuttgart and Karlsruhe near the Town of Gold Pforzheim with lots of sights, jewelry museum and shopping just to name a few. Surrounded by nature, we have a beautiful beer garden/terrace; barbecue in the summertime. Our rooms are spacious with modern amenities, all rooms refurbished, free parking and free Wi-Fi in the hotel. Our restaurant Paladin serves international and regional specialties. A super nice reception and a great breakfast (over-money good, 5 stars +) made our stay a nice experience. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The hotel is ideal for transport and is very quiet Located. Sufficient parking spaces are available. The breakfast to be mentioned offers more than usual. Tea with fresh ingredients (crème de coussin, orange and citron plates, etc.), a selection of fresh-pressed juices (orange/grapefruit/multivitamin/apple), Broods with various lifts and packing options, numerous sweet foods, coffee, cappuccino, and hot foods (rooting, hard cooked egg, bacon, sauce) and more.

Cute hotel with tangible concept. I liked design and the idea of the facilities and interior of room and open spaces. The gym is small but well equipped with 2 cross trainers and one bike plus basic exercise equipment. I missed yoga mats. The breakfast is quite good with high level of variety and quality, only little disturbance is that some of the food looked not that fresh anymore (Obatzder, Cheese, sausages) due to laying out and uncovered for longer time (maybe better to refill more frequently). I can definitely recommend this hotel and I’ll come again. A plus is also the parking garage with electric charging capability. The local sole pool is accessible directly from hotel.

We had a family emergency and needed a hotel that’s walkable between train station, city centre and our family’s house. The BW Favorit checked all points. From initial check-in to our last day, the stay was outstanding. First off, the staff. We chatted daily with the front staff, they are very helpful, no matter what you need. Housekeeping is very thorough, we really appreciated how impeccably well they cleaned! The friendly breakfast attendants were a joy to see every morning. Which brings me to the breakfast buffet. Fresh German rolls, breads and pastries every morning, hot options, fruits, cereals, yogurts, cold cuts – we stayed 2 weeks and always enjoyed it. I really appreciated their dairy free milk option. They also have a great coffee machine; the cafe crema is highly recommended! We also spent the long Easter weekend here and the hotel made sure everyone had an Easter treat, thank you! The location is perfect for quiet sleepers, and I appreciated that every window opened for fresh air. WiFi was strong enough for streaming and getting work done. Only thing I’d recommend for improvement is limiting the dog friendliness to hotel rooms. I love dogs but we had a guest bring their dog to breakfast (it was not a service dog) and that’s probably not enjoyable for all guests.
