In the most lively street in the ancient town, but when I entered the yard, it was unexpectedly quiet. A beautiful and attentive courtyard. This time we set up the rooms upstairs and downstairs to be quiet, clean and comfortable. The foreman and the cleaning aunt are very serious and diligent. The service and quality far exceeded my expectations. The rooms and services are all five-star, but the charges are so affordable! On the first night of my stay, I overslept and didn't have dinner, so I asked the front desk if they could provide some biscuits at around 11 o'clock. Soon, the robot delivered a whole bag of various snacks. Thank you so much!

The whole hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the interior of the room is kept quite well. The safety measures are in place, which makes me feel very at ease.
Considering the price, facilities and services, I think the price/performance ratio [hotel name] is very high.

When checking in, Xiao Zheng's service was very enthusiastic and he even gave the children mosquito repellent patches. The room is also large, the sound insulation effect is good, and no abnormal noise is heard. There are also a lot of soft drinks at the mini bar, and the hotel's slippers are relatively comfortable and soft. In addition, just in time for Children’s Day, there are also parent-child handicraft activities for children. The swimming pool is big and the children had a lot of fun. It is also relatively close to the city center. I am planning to go to Hipi Island at the end of the month. I checked the navigation and it is only 13 minutes away, so I booked a family room with another theme.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel was clean and the rooms had plenty of space for us to stretch out. Xiao Peng at the front desk was extremely helpful. She remembered us from the first night at check in and had our room numbers memorized so she made it super simple to request our breakfast vouchers and an extra key card. She was also kind enough to give us some additional bottled water when we were checking out as she knew we had another long journey ahead of us.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The breakfast was good - plenty of food choices to select from. The guest laundry was very useful, not only was it free they provide detergent as well. We were on the top floor (fifth floor) - no issue with noise from the hallway or outside. We were there when it was particularly hot in the region but the air conditioner worked well and we didn’t have any issues keeping the room cool. The only thing that surprised us was that the hallways weren’t air conditioned, nor was the gym, so just keep that in mind if you decide to utilize the fitness room.

AAndré - CixiThe service and the room was absolutely stunning. Because of COVID the air conditioning was turned off, but the front desk offered us a fan and brought it to our room immediately, which made a HUGE difference. Even the cleaning staff was polite and friendly!
The breakfast was a little disappointing, all the basics was all there, but didn't have that little extra when it comes to western food. Then view from our lake view room was stunning, but the river boats on the lake was noisy and we had to listen to what could've been a car alarm, but was part of the attraction of the river boats all day.
All in all, I would go there again. and would recommend it to anyone that knows how to have breakfast delivered to them from another restaurant or shop

We paid for the room which gives access to the lounge. Lounge had great food and drinks of the first night - I wa impressed. They then closed the lounge on our second night and opted to give us a takeaway box which was no where near the value of paying for the executive room. Luckily, the hotel agreed to give us a refund for our remaining nights and we went to a different hotel.
I think in Normal times - when covid is well and truly finished - this hotel would get a revisit. Staff were friendly and like I said, lounge served some good food.

房間很大，放東西的地方很多，四星該有的設施都有，陽台也很大，可惜我們衹住一晚，沒享受到。
最感人的是我又一次把牙套落在酒店了，本來根本沒抱希望找回……但是酒店竟然給我打電話了！
