This is a typical business hotel, so don´t expect anything fancy. The lobby is simple, the rooms are simple, the décor is simple, the furniture is basic. What´s not very simple is the room layout, at least, the one where my husband and I stayed. The shower and toilet are inside the bathroom, but the sink is outside, facing the bed; not facing the wall, but the bed. The mirror hangs on the wall, at your left. The bed is soft and bumpy. The curtains block the sunlight correctly. There´s a large minibar, empty, so bring your own refreshments.

I stayed for one night at City Express in Obregon City. The service is very friendly, the hotel is clean and very well located. Breakfast is included and is good. However, I had a little disappointment with this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, but it was noticed to be maintained: the cap of the lava-man summary was not working. The hotel does the job in the sense that it is comfortable, clean, well located, functional, and with a very nice view over the city of Obregon. While the hotel doesn't have a restaurant, there is a restaurant literally next door that is quite convenient to eat or have a drink. However, I feel like it could do better in terms of service. For example, our room was not cleaned until 5pm when we stayed there, even though we had been out of the hotel the whole day. Similarly, I saw other guests that had to wait for more than 1 hour to get their rooms (even though they had arrived after the checkin time of 3pm) because of cleaning and room readiness issues. We also had to request every day for the same number of towels as were people staying in the room, every day, they would leave us with only 2 towels. Finally, as mentioned in several reviews, the elevators are very slow, that it takes 10 minutes to go up to your room and really discourages you to go back in case you have forgotten something.
