What wvwr is shown on internet at time of booking, room were over photoshopped. Actual rooms is no where close to what seen in photo, small and conjusted room

Dirty! Hair and stains on blankets, hole on the wall, shower was disgusting, floors too. I paid for 2 nights but i moved to a different hotel after the first night.

En recepción mal servicio lento y no saben donde dan las habitaciones, sin servicio para la televisión, sin funcionar el tel. Del cuarto, mal olor en los cuartos y pesimo servicio.

La televisión no se veía bien lo reporte desde la llegada pero no hicieron nada al respecto, con esta van 2 veces que no piden mi taxi, el teléfono no servía también lo reporte había q estar bajando a recepción en cuanto a limpieza creo deber estar pendiente de cambiar cuando menos los tapetes del baño. Con esta van 3 veces en lo q va del año que llegó por qué me gustaba q todo está súper cómodo y bien apesar de la vez anterior q por poco y pierdo mi vuelo decidi volver pero me pasó casi lo mismo. Esta vez si me fallaron
