This hotel is relatively new, in the local very good hotel, the service is not bad, the room is large, very clean, breakfast is good, the environment is very good, walking to a small mall. very convenient.
This is a beautiful brand new hotel which happens to be next to an active train line. A quick glance at Google Earth shows that the tracks are 175 feet from the hotel room windows. Depending on your tolerance for noise, this might be a problem for you. I hesitated to write this review but my experience in calling the hotel in advance makes it necessary. When we booked the hotel, I noticed the nearby train tracks and called the front desk to ask if this was still an active line. One woman told me that she had never seen a train come through and another employee said she had never had a complaint about train noise. The evening we were checking in a freight train came through. The morning we checked out a train came through at 6:00 AM. Since this is an urban area, I believe the trains have a speed limit of 25 MPH. The noise is not deafening, just rumbling annoying. If you don't mind a little rumbling noise, be sure to ask for a room on the side of the hotel away from the tracks. Once again, other than the train issue this is a great hotel. I just wish that the hotel employees would have been more up-front with me about the trains.
The hotel is quiet, the rooms are large and the sanitation is very good. There is a Chinese restaurant for dinner, and there is a refrigerator and microwave in the room. 2 km walk from the University of Iowa. Parking is free and convenient!

The hotel is very close to the university town, and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel service is good, clean and comfortable. An ideal place to stay for the University of Iowa
Vanessa at the front desk was friendly from the time we walked in to leaving the hotel to get food. She recommended quite a few places to go for food (of all kinds) and beer. She is very knowledgeable about the area! I can’t wait to come back and stay at this property!

As the name suggests, the name of the hotel means that their waiters are all college students. The front desk MM is really beautiful! The hotel's good value for money is much cheaper than a hotel next to it. In fact, the room is very good, the decoration style is typical American style, the big bed is very comfortable to sleep, but the room is a bit alien, but it does not affect anything, the hot water in the bathroom is very good. Can be solved! The hotel is not far from the city center, the old-fashioned style, but it is raining, it is impossible to play ~ Idaho State University is nearby, the scale is not small, it is also very good. It is a tornado when the check-in, so play in this area It is necessary to pay attention to the weather forecast. The most accurate is the forecast of the National Weather Service (NWS), avoiding extreme weather damage such as tornadoes!

Very Good
HHAOThe parents who graduated from college decided to live with them at the graduation ceremony, and they were recommended by friends at the beginning. Generally speaking, the parents are very satisfied. They even said that they are better than the more expensive hotels in other cities. They are also close to the gymnasium where the graduation ceremony was held. There are also convenient supermarkets and restaurants nearby. If the situation is similar to mine, it will be more recommended. Freshmen can also be considered for admission. (There is a train track behind the hotel. If there is a train passing by, it will be noisy, but there will be no train in the United States for a few days)
GGuest UserThis motel is located along I-80 with most services nearby. My room was large commodious, and clean. The problem was the WIFI. It simply would not connect and I knew that the problem was NOT my computer. The desk clerk was in the hall and I showed him the problem. He said that no one else had a problem and it was likely my computer. Eventually we went to the front desk where he showed me that the WIFI worked on his phone. He suggested I call the 800# for service, but I told him to deal with the 800# support. Eventually, (after an hour wait) he contacted the service and they modified something with their access to the WIFI. The computer worked fine then. I am at a different hotel tonight and my computer connected with this WIFI without problem. The continental breakfast was maeginally adequate, a bit below average.
Kkdmt13At 2 a.m. a group of people came in, slamming doors, yelling and laughing in the hall - I assumed drunk - carrying on for some time. At 6 a.m. someone started wailing. When I complained at checkout I was told there’s a group of workers staying there until May and that’s when they work. The manager was rude to me and basically denied that there had been any disturbance - as if they wouldn’t possibly have been noisy and carrying on in the middle of the night. She offered me a credit for the night but I haven’t been credited.
Totally sold out (no other rooms available) weekend (local football game) and room had no water to either the shower or toilet. The sink worked. When management was contacted, I was told to wait five days for the manager to get back to me. No call, so I called again. Told that ”missed manager by 10 minutes.” and then was told the toilet and shower worked just fine. Yeah, right. Carpet was gross feeling. Room refrigerator froze everything. Burn marks on furniture and carpet. Linens had unclean looking spots. Cost $200 for two nights. Rip off
