Where do I begin to express how incredible the Home2 Suites in the Rosenberg area of Houston is? As a frequent business traveler, I always make it a point to stay at this location every month. The staff here is truly exceptional. From the moment you arrive, Rohit greets you with genuine hospitality, often addressing you by name. The rest of the welcome crew is just as fantastic. The maintenance staff is always ready to assist with a friendly attitude, and the women who prepare breakfast do an outstanding job. The atmosphere they've created is nothing short of amazing. The hotel is consistently spotless, and they check in on you 20 minutes after you reach your room to ensure everything is satisfactory. Comfort is a priority here, and it's evident in the relaxing environment, the excellent gym, the clean laundry facilities, and the wonderful pool. The gym, in particular, surpasses many apartment gyms I've used. The location is also a major perk, with great restaurants, a fantastic HEB grocery store just five minutes away, and excellent shopping centers nearby. To top it all off, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and breakfast is complimentary. I can't imagine staying anywhere else. This place is perfect in every way!

SpringHill Suites Rosenberg - They made 2 mistakes and will not own up to them. I reserved 11 rooms through Springhill suites in Rosenberg a month in advance for my softball team. When I arrived at 11am on 6/3, I paid $1,106.27 upfront but was told we couldn’t check in until 3pm. I checked in my room around 3pm and several of my team members did as well. There were 2 players that couldn’t check in until after our first game that night which was around 9:30PM. The font desk said all the rooms were taken. I spent 2 hours in the lobby speaking with the front desk staff. She called her manager and another hotel to find us 2 rooms to replace them. She had no luck and said there was nothing else she could do for us. I then proceeded to call around myself, we found 2 rooms at the holiday inn about a mile away. The rooms rates were double the price since it was last minute. I was very upset that my rooms were given away especially since I booked them a month in advance, and I paid for them at 11am before the hotel was full. After all this, I was bill for all 11 rooms. We called several times to get the hotel to correct this. We were told there is no manager on duty. I then emailed the representative that helped us with the reservation. She forwarded my email to Travis Severson the general manager. I emailed him about everything that happened and showed him my receipt and explained everything. The only response I received was I show all charges were correct on my end. I have asked him repeatedly to speak to the staff at his hotel as they should remember, and they did get management involved. He never took responsibility for his staff mistakes nor was he willing to help me. I will never stay at a Springhill suite again.

This Holiday Inn Express is only about a year old, and everything about it is wonderful. It is conveniently located near a shopping center (with Kroger, JC Penney, and more), as well as restaurants (Olive Garden, Cracker Barrel, etc.). The hotel is clean and enforces a quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel is built away from the interstate highway. The room was quiet, has a true blackout curtain, and has a shower that has good pressure and perfect temperature. I can't say enough good about this hotel--it is one of the best I've ever stayed in.

This hotel has convinced me completely. It was one of the cheaper with good location for me. The check-in was uncomplicated and friendly, the room spacious and clean, as well as the bathroom with «only» shower, which was very close to me. It is particularly positive to mention here that there are several ways to hang the Necessisaire. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are fixly placed in the shower, practically used and of good quality. The water pressure was also enough to wash the hair – even not self-conscious. The first impression of the room was particularly remarkable, as it was the first hotel of this US stay, where I had no impression of entering a refrigerator. Although it is not so madly warm outdoors at the moment (it is also winter here), it is usually cooled down here that it hurts a person. In this hotel the temperature was pleasant. The TV device would allow you to use your own Netflix and other services, the TV broadcasters' offer is rather small compared to other hotels. The WiFi connection was very good, it was easy to make a zoom meeting with image and sound, without interruption, without technical difficulties, very convincing. Bet and kiss were fit for me, I had a good sleep – times except that my neighbors with three-fold loud door bells in the morning at 5 a.m. somewhat disrupted the good sleep. This is also the only pump that we can complain about in all hotels: even if you wanted it is simply impossible to close the doors quietly. That this would be possible in principle, I experienced in a hotel in Europe. Why hotels do not improve this is a mystery. Otherwise, there is absolutely nothing to defect on this hotel of me, I would book here again.
