We chose this hotel based on the positive reviews on TripAdvisor, and I wonder how this facility earned rhose reviews. The whoke building really needs maintenance and cleaning. The air conditioner didn't work in the first room we were given. When I turned on the bedside table light, I got some sort of oily, chunky brown substance on my hand. The shower and towels had hair in them. When we requested a different room, the clerk was very irritated and reluctant to grant the request, but agreed. The second room wasn't much better. The microwave was filthy, with spilled food stuck inside. The towels and shower also had hair in them, like the previous room. The shower curtain had black mold on it. We were too tired to try to find another hotel, so we stayed in that room. After this experience, we won't stay in another Quality Inn. When I posted this complaint on the Quality Inn website for this hotel, I got the generic ” Thank you for your positive review and feedback” message. Evidently they don't actually read customer comments.

This Days Inn has been refurbished as it is now part of the Wyndham family. The room looks nice - new bedding, but it has a faint smell of cigarette smoke from previous years. The bathroom didn't get as much attention as the bedroom did. There was no way to bath - you could shower but there was no plug for the bath. No elevator, just stairs to the second floor. Place is OK but not a 5
