I’ve spent the past 7 months staying here for work and I can’t imagine a more enjoyable experience considering the time I spend away from home and my family. They’re always warm and friendly and unbelievably accommodating. They always take care of special requests and nothing is too big of an ask, it seems. Stellar customer service, beautiful and very clean rooms, and the restaurant, Julep, is OUT OF THIS WORLD! If you’re looking to be treated right in Greenville, this is the only place to stay.

My family and I arrived at this hotel late last Sunday night as we had all traveled from across the country last minute to come see my dad who had a stroke and was taken to ECU’s hospital. While not a super fancy hotel, the staff made our stay exceptional. They went out of their way on numerous occasions to accommodate us all. From the front desk folks to the ladies working in the cafe, the level of care that they put into all of our interactions was unmatched. Sadly, my father passed away 2 days after we arrived, but I will always be grateful to this hotel for giving us a safe, clean space to rest and grieve in.

We were here in Greenville because of a medical emergency with my husband's son. Your hotel could not have been more accommodating. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out. Benita at the front desk was so helpful, courteous and professional. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, everyone was friendly. Swimming pool area was clean. Cameron also working at the front desk was also very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Sandra one of the hostesses In the restaurant was also helpful and kind. We enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel and convenient to a lot of restaurants. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Stay here every time I am in the area. The rooms could be bigger, but they are always clean. The bed is pretty comfortable. I would suggest a room on the first floor. Less noisy

My mom and I recently went to Greenville NC the first night we stayed at the Quality Inn. We had booked a room at a place called In Town Suites , it was horrid. It was dirty and smelly so we went back Quality Inn because it was clean and close to food and to stores and we felt safe there. We stayed for 8 nights and the only negative was they did not tell us that had we joined and became members we would have gotten a discount Oops that was on us. Definitely recommend them but check for discounts. The employees were very polite and accommodating.
