Lovely, clean, cool, hip, nice amenities hotel that to me was a “no brainer” place to stay in Butler! Staff was awesome! Free breakfast was adequate nothing great but healthy choices & muffins were good! If I were ever to come back to this area this is where I would stay no doubt! Not much shopping around, nice library & art exhibit on the Main Street was nice.

We have stayed at this hotel previously with no issues whatsoever. This time was a new GM, Kim. (Stated she has been there 2 1/2 months) To begin with she sits in a room behind glass where she can see the guest at the front desk. She shouts,”YES!” Never gets out of the chair! You have to shout back why you are there. We had ridiculous noise issues from a dog and were awakened FOUR different times! We called the front desk and explained to Kim, she did nothing! After the fourth wake-up, we checked out at 1 am and drove 200 miles back home. The next day we called “Kim” and asked what part of our payment would be reimbursed. She agreed it was an “awful”experience and assured us we would see a refund. Two weeks later and FIVE telephone conversations with “Kim” along with promise after promise and still NOTHING has been done! When we asked for a contact number to her management company/ owner or her supervisor she refuses to provide any number. Kim has made FIVE promises to correct the issue and has done NOTHING! She fabricates, lies, makes excuses and has zero personality! And as a reminder she is the GM! She appears totally overwhelmed! The final straw was during the SIXTH telephone conversation she assured us her supervisor “Maria” would call us on Tuesday. Never happened! So Maria follows the company protocol and doesn’t follow-up with a former guest! This GM did not even know what the IHG point program is called! If you take the chance staying here and have a SLIGHT issue, it is NOT getting resolved. This company has got to be the worst we have ever dealt with in the hospitality industry! By far! There are MANY other MUCH BETTER hotels in this small town. Avoid this place as it is nothing but frustration and is poorly, poorly managed! You can sense it as you walk through the door. And as a footnote, the other couple we traveled with had an issue and left Kim a message and NEVER heard anything back!

My wife and I stayed at the Butler Pa. Hampton Inn on 10/4 and as usual were not disappointed. We have stayed here before in the past and have always given it all 10s and have been very pleased with the service and the cleanliness of the rooms and particularly the morning breakfast. The Hotel is located in a very safe area right in the middle of many restaurants, and alot of shopping. You can walk to a Walmart, Target, Kohls, and many more shops, or walk to Panera, Applebee's , Chilis and many more restaurants.

We had a one-night stay before meeting up with a larger group at a much more expensive hotel closer to Pittsburgh. We arrived after a long drive around midnight. The front desk staff member who checked us in was friendly and efficient. When we got to our spacious room we had one housekeeping problem with the sofa bed, but even at the late hour our concern was addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. In the morning, we could see the nice setting outside our window from this hotel up on a hill. We also appreciated the nice little kitchenette setup in the room. Breakfast was the typical offering, nothing special but sufficient. We requested and were granted, without hesitation on behalf of the staff member at the front desk, a short extension beyond the standard checkout time. It seems unlikely that I'll need a room in Butler very often, but I'd definitely stay here again if I do return to the area.

Property is in a quiet business park and close to everything travelers need. Hotel staff were professional and helpful. Guest room had comfortable bedding, walk-in shower, and coffee maker. HVAC was quiet, but it didn't keep the room at a steady warmth. I would stay here again.

GGuest UserThe hotel we were going to stay at had issues with their pool so we looked around for another hotel in the arae with an open pool and hot tub and found this place. We drove over and checked in. The first impressions were mixed. They had some excellent cookies out for guests and the lobby area was clean. They had plastic barriers for the front desk for check in. We got the dolly and took our things up to the room. While clean, we thought the room was very small. The TV had a lot of channels, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious (I though the floor and tub a bit slippery with my foot problems) and it had a decent third floor room view. We changed and went down to the pool which was also small and crowded. There was 2 weddings at the hotel and a big group was down there drinking and eating by the pool. My girlfriend wasn't happy the kids were jumping in the pool and the adults were drinking and the staff didn't address it. The hot tub was also a bit cooler than it should have been. I stayed down for awhile but my girlfriend went up to the room to relax. We fell asleep and the hotel was quiet despite two drunk wedding parties. We woke up early and went down for breakfast. With Covid, they had a server for what was a nice breakfast with fruit loops, waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cranberry juice, turkey ham, yogurt, toast, bananas and oranges. Both days the breakfast was very good and the staff very generous. I went for both a morning and evening swim and they turned up the heat on the hot tub the 2nd night which was appreciated. Not perfect but better and relaxing. The hot tub was back to being cooler on the morning of our last day but both days we had the pool to ourselves. The place also had a workout room but we didn't use it. Ice machines are on the first floor so a bit of a journey from the third floor but not too bad. The staff was good with directions and helping us. The place is about a 10 minute drive from the highway & Grove City Premium Outlets (8 minutes to Yellowstone Safari) and just down the road from the main street of Slippery Rock and across the street from one entrance to the university. Overall a good stay though the lack of partying guests at he pool the first night and a hotter hot tub would have been appreciated.

GGuest UserFound this gem on our way to Michigan. Lovely area with plenty of micro-breweries to explore and a cool restaurant next door. The folks that work there are extremely friendly and welcomed us back when we made our way home a few days later. We made full use of the fitness center and would have enjoyed the pool if we had remembered our suits (next time!). We saw many staff members working to keep everything in nice condition. We’ll be back!

JjahoduluthMy wife and I stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Cranberry Township while in the Pittsburgh area as part of a multi-state fall color trip. We arrived at about 5:30 p.m. on a Wednesday. The front desk clerk spoke with a heavier accent that was a little difficult to understand at times. The experience however improved from here as the room and the property overall was in very good condition. It had an on-site guest laundry which came in handy for us to do some laundry on a longer trip; the clerk was able to give us change, as we had somehow managed not to acquire a lot of change for as far into the trip as we usually do. The property is very close to the Pennsylvania Turnpike and you will hear noise from the Turnpike throughout the night as traffic apparently never drops off much along this highway, however it was not a major distraction.
