Do not believe other reviews ! Staff - 5 stars ! Every single staff member goes above and beyond for you. The front desk staff is amazing and they are so polite and on top of everything ! Mary Jo the manager - that women is an Angel ! She went above and beyond for my boyfriend , she’s the best ! Rooms are big , comfy and clean! Bed is so comfortable I wanted to take it home ! Housekeeping is on top of everything , and they are so polite ! Breakfast staff is absolutely amazing as well! The hospitality was 10 stars! I saw other reviews - don’t listen to those people they may just be picky . This hotel is clean , staff is amazing , breakfast is great with many options and there is this cute little breakfast nook area! They serve eggs , sausage , waffles , they have cereal , bagels , toast and danishes as well! There is plenty of parking , quiet location and close to it all! MARY JO AND STAFF your the best and thanks for having us and if we are ever in need of a hotel we will be back to see you all!!

Although this hotel is a little dated, it is clean, the beds are very comfortable and the bedding was crisp and welcoming. Although there are no elevators, they were able to accommodate my bum knee with a room close to a ground floor exit and close to a single short flight of stairs leading to the event venue. Wifi worked consistently at 3 bars even though 60 other people at the event were also logged on. The breakfast was surprisingly varied; though the ingredients weren’t expensive, they were fresh, chilled as appropriate, and plentiful. Steve at the front desk was great. He’s very attentive and helpful.

Spent a night here recently for a concert at the amphitheater (which is an amazing place to see your favorite band). The location is a little strange, in the middle of nowhere behind a moving company. Not sure if you'd want to go for a midnight stroll. Bring whatever you need as there are no stores that you can walk to. They do have snacks and drinks for sale on site. The rooms and facilities are very good, nothing to complain about here, except the in room safe didn't work. The breakfast was fine for me; fruit, yogurt, eggs, pancakes. The highlight of our stay was interacting with Eliza in the breakfast area. She made our day, so much fun and full of life. In these times, an employee like this is golden. Message to management: Hang on to her, treat her like the treasure she is. I would give her a raise! So, don't hesitate to stay here.

Definitely not brand new. Stayed here over Christmas while in town visiting family. The staff working Christmas Eve was pretty good. The rooms are ok, not super clean but ok enough to where I’d stay again. I had reserved two rooms, one for me and my husband and our two little dogs, and then one room for our 15 and 21 year old daughters…the rooms were in different floors which was fine as we needed first available rather than closest to each other. I was pretty surprised to get charged a pet fee for both rooms, when I was very clear the dogs would only be in the one room. I was told I had to call back when the manager would be there, as the decision was made per his discretion…and it couldn’t be reversed. After we returned home I called and questioned his decision, and felt I had to almost argue my reasoning, apparently he thought we were taking the dogs back and forth from the 2nd floor to the 4th floor?? Because yeah, that’s real convenient. I just felt that was sneaky. Also my husband left his phone charger in the room, and of course they didn’t have it, also shady, especially considering I left a rather large tip in the room (considering it was Christmas Day). I don’t know, this place just left a shady vibe. Will probably stay somewhere else next time.

This hotel was clean and had all the amenities I needed. The bed was comfortable and the shower was huge. The manager was friendly as was the attendant at the front desk. He was polite, welcoming and very helpful. I would recommend

Needed a place to stay while bedroom was being worked on. Everyone and everything were great. Friendly and acomidating staff. Appreciated that we could stay on the 1st floor (hotel has 2 floors, husband has difficulty with stairs). Breakfast was adequate: make-your-own waffles, both dry and hot cereal, toast, pkg of little donuts, fruit and of course coffee, tea & cocoa. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was clean with towels and tub mat. Could use a night light - got one at Dollar Tree across the street that worked perfect.
