Beautiful and LARGE hotel. Reminds me of Vegas! A bit of a confusing layout but after 2 days you will figure it out. Would stay again.

Me and my husband Showed up at the Flagship Hotel on August eighth We were in rome, 2817 When we went into the room, I moved all the sheets on the bed moved the pillows, and found a bed bug I reported the downstairs to the front desk they sensed security, which never showed up. I went downstairs with the bellhop and had him take all my stuff out of that room. I was not staying in that room, then. Gave all my information to the bellhop and the Security officer. The security officer asked Belhop, did we kill the Bug? So they put us in Room 2009? The room was filthy, the bathroom still had dirt and stuff on the floor hair from somebody else on the floor the toilet was constantly running Between the beds, It smelled to me somebody used the bathroom on the floor Now mind you. They're asking us to buy a timeshare. Oh, it's short for me. In this hotel? Ask for the VP of Relationship marketing or the director. The front desk ladies were very, very nice. The director stayed in the office the whole time. Never came out to talk to me or ask me any questions. So I'll let the people know in a timeshare about the bad bugs in the place. All I got was to renown, oh no. The director of the hotel. After talking to the front desk to ask, what were they gonna do to take care of the issue that we had? I was in one of the novelty stayed because he didn't get a chance to do anything because of the weather yeah. So they chose to give us a one-night free day. I feel they should give him back all his money. Due to the disgusting rooms that they have not only did I have this issue I feel they should give him back all his money. Have some refrigerator Didn't have any shelves. I'm still waiting to talk to the v. P of Relationships marketing.

Great location service was great I want to say the only thing that might have been bad is that their ice machines didn't work oh yeah and the elevators are very very slow they need to upgrade them parking kind of scary if you come at night you have to drive to an Alleyway ticket to the parking lot of the hotel

The sea view room has a view of the sea. The hotel is owned by a Japanese internet celebrity restaurant in New York. The ingredients are high-end and simple, and there are marble bathrooms. There are also disposable slippers in the room, which is available in high-end hotels. The coffee inside is made with very good coffee beans, and there are two Japanese chocolates, which are LAX brand. Check-in is in a specific room, and tea is also available.

We had a very nice day at this resort. We had a one bedroom and a two bedroom and they were very comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean and the resort services were very good. The young ladies at the front desk, made it very easy for us to check in. They were very professional And very knowledgeable. The resort was very well maintained all areas that are Resort were in good shape. Only thing they need to do is take a look at the cookware in the kitchen. They need to be updated to nonstick specially, the frying pan. We enjoyed our stay and I have already scheduled my wife and myself to come back in February for 10 nights stay , thank you

We stayed at the Chelsea solely based on the Trip Advisor reviews and were very pleased! The room was spacious and surprisingly quiet considering we stayed in the front of the building. But it was a Wednesday night and they do provide earplugs if it gets noisy. My favorite part was enjoying my morning coffee on the porch overlooking the garden. Great coffee - nice and strong! I have 2 suggestions that would have improved my stay - The toiletries weren't that great - the soap came in bars about the size of a quarter -so bring your own. There was no one at the reception desk for the 11am checkout rush (I needed a receipt). We had to call down to the pub and the manager who came up appeared to be inconvenienced by our request.

My room was 486 directly over the Yard. I had to call and ask what time the Yard clised as they was still open and playing the music at 1:30am. If you book a room be sure and adk upon check-in where it's located if you plan on sleeping.

The actual resort fee charged was more than what was quoted on trip.com they also do not take reward cards if booked through 3rd party which is ridiculous.

Just want to give a shout out to our girl Nancy at the Royal Solaris in Cancun!! What a sweet lady!! She is absolutely the best pool server we have ever had!! Kept the drinks coming and had lots of suggestions for us to venture out and try some new ones!! She always has the next round on the way while keeping busy picking up after all the guests. We will definitely miss her!! If you go to the Royal Solaris find her and tell her Hannah and Neil from NY say hola!!

Our room at The Water Club was really nice. We were on the 18th floor and looked out over the Atlantic City and the marina. I appreciated the fact that The Water Club is associated with the Borgata and is close to the Borgata, but is actually a HOTEL and not a ******. I think that the hotel is probably quieter than a ****** resort would be because the people who stay there want to stay in a hotel, not necessarily sleep in a ****** and be able to gamble all night and all day. I also thought that the rate that we got for our room was was a good rate for the quality of the room. I would definitely stay at The Water Club again!
