My wife and I greatly enjoyed our 5th trip to Seven Stars. The quality and service at this incredible resort never falters. You initially select a resort for the location and services; you keep returning because of the people. I had the pleasure of meeting the Resort Manager Bela on this trip and it is obvious why her staff is so top notch. The grounds are immaculate. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The beach is gorgeous. The breakfast buffet offers everything you could want. The Deck (separate review) has great food with a spectacular view. Seven offers a pretty setting for upscale dinners. The Terrace is a great casual choice. We missed the Farm but heard great things about it. Forgive my spelling of names but shout out to Nelli and her incredible staff at breakfast including Jay, Renis, Larrica, Chama, Jenniflore, Baniel and a woman at the omelette station whose name I didn’t catch. Although we missed Carolyn at breakfast, we were happy to see her at the pool where she remains a superstar. Sharik quickly resolved a slight issue upon check in. We look forward to returning in 2025.

LLozzie25The location on Grace Bay is stunning, probably one of the nicest spots on what is (in my opinion) the best beach in the world, away from the crowds and the massive AI hotels - I had stayed at this resort nearly 10 years ago and came back mainly for the beach. The pool is nice, although quite crowded/sometimes hard to get a lounger. The rooms are large, slightly older but no real issues and anyway we didn’t spend much time in the room. What really let this place down this time is the service. Staff are generally at best indifferent and at worst downright rude. There were a few notable exceptions (Whitney at the concierge was amazing, as was the bellman and the lovely lady in charge of omelettes at breakfast- unfortunately didn’t catch her name), but in general we were made to feel like a massive inconvenience every time we asked for something. Examples included: not showing us to our room on arrival, no baby crib even though we requested it in advance (we had to call three times before someone finally brought it 1.5 hours later, baby was grumpy after a long haul flight and wanting to go to bed), servers at restaurants standing around chatting to each other rather than seating guests at breakfast then getting annoyed when we requested menus, high chair etc, beach staff just sweeping rubbish, including glass, left by previous guests on the loungers onto the sand instead of removing it. There is a 12.5% service charge added to all bills then the staff expect to be tipped on top of that. The hotel was also being used for several US ‘corporate incentive’ reward trips while we were there (maybe explains the many positive reviews re service - I’d probably be less judgmental if it were a free trip rather than one I’d paid hundreds of dollars a night for!) so it was crowded and there were very limited dining options for non-corporate retreat guests. The outdoor beach restaurant was closed 4 of the 5 nights we stayed and we were told the only option was the fine dining restaurant- not ideal with a small toddler in tow so we ended up having to dine outside the resort but there is nothing in walking distance so it’s either a taxi or hotel shuttle to their sister hotels’ restaurants (where incidentally both the service and food was much better despite the other hotel being at a lower price point). All in all, I wouldn’t return again despite the stunning location as there are better options in Grace Bay and beyond.

GGuest UserWymara Francesca Ruth Carlande If you’re second-guessing on booking this place, don’t! I’m telling you now, you clearly get your money’s worth here. The place is beautiful, the rooms are beautiful, the views are beautiful, the bed is so comfortable, the shower pressure is amazing, the service is amazing, there’s just so many amazing things I don’t even know where to start. So far I’ve enjoyed all of the food. When I got here my room was not ready so I went to Zest and I had the red snapper. 10 out of 10 recommend! My waitress was Carlande, and I saw her practically every day that I went to eat. She was amazing and so sweet! Always checked in and asked how I was doing, just made me really comfortable. I came on this trip alone so everyone that I interacted with was amazing. All of their staff made me feel welcome; however, my top three would definitely be Carlande, Francesca, and Ruth. Francesca took these amazing pictures of me and got different angles and multiple pictures! People don’t always do that and when I tell you she took some FIRE pictures, I cannot wait to post them. Ruth, I would literally say hi to Ruth every time I saw her because she just had this loving spirit to her. She was so helpful and always kind. Any time I would talk to these ladies it was a great conversation and they were very sweet. Each of them made my experience here so comfortable. This was my first solo trip out of the country and first time to the island. I really appreciate each of these ladies and how comfortable they made me feel, I appreciate all of the staff and the entire resort like I absolutely will come here again. Oh, also the breakfast in the morning, there’s definitely good food for you eat. My favorite thing was the omelette station and the orange juice. The barbecue that they have on the beach on Saturday night, the brisket is so good! I also had steak at indigo and that was great as well. You can’t go wrong here. I’m not much of a drinker but they definitely seem to look out on the liquor when they make drinks so if you’re a big fan of alcohol you’ll definitely enjoy your drinks here.

KKimberly FThis was our first time in Turks & Caicos and we booked the Windsong based on a recommendation from friends. We were pleased to discover it was everything they said and then some! The staff was friendly, the room was incredible, the beach was spectacular. The room includes a daily breakfast which was much better than a typical continental breakfast. It includes several fresh options and is served by accommodating staff. The beach was pristine and there's a reef area for snorkeling right outside the hotel. This was not an all-inclusive experience which for us made it much more pleasant and personal. The food (and drinks) at the 2 on-site restaurants was excellent and probably much better than you would get with an all inclusive package. The general manager (Annette) walked around the property daily to ensure all guests were happy and taken care of. We were impressed by all the wait staff and bartenders, especially Youvline, Angenie, Marcson, who went out of their way to make us feel like family. The concierges Khalil and Garey were friendly, knowledgeable and quick to assist with all our needs. We just left last week and are already looking forward to our next trip back to the Windsong.

Our vacation started off a bit slow as the check-in process took longer than expected. However, one of the bellmen armstelly sorry I might spell his name wrong, but he stated he went by telly. He made all the difference with his warm attitude and helpfulness. He checked in to see if everything was alright, offered us rum punches, and brought our bags to the room. He recommended we try Grouper’s, which turned out to be one of the best meals we’ve ever had a 10/10 experience. We saw Telly often during our stay, and his friendly energy always made us feel welcome. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to say goodbye, but his outstanding hospitality left a lasting impression. Not only that the staff overall were incredibly attentive, always greeting us warmly and asking how we were doing. The rooms were beautifully designed, the shower was 10/10, and breakfast each morning was delicious. The beach, with its crystal-clear waters and soft sand, was simply stunning. This trip was truly memorable, and we can’t wait to return!

We stayed at The Sands on Grace Bay twice, November 2022 and November 2023. On both occasions we thoroughly enjoyed our stay - hence the reason we returned in Nov 2023 after our initial stay in Nov 2022. We stayed in a suite with a separate bedroom, living room, fully functional kitchen and balcony. The staff are lovely and very responsive to your needs. The beach and the beach facilities are on par with what you would expect from a top quality resort on Grace Bay. Even at busy times we always found sun chairs and umbrellas available. The sand is pristine powdery white and the water is crystal clear. We are certain that we will return to The Sands on Grace Bay in the near future.
