Find Hotels in Warsaw

Conference visit + two meals from 05/18/22 to 05/19/22, I did not test the rooms as such. The hotel is rather well located, not too far from the ring road, far from the center but without too much trouble getting there and close to a train station. The reception is quite correct but the hostesses have a little trouble with English. However, they did what was requested: taxi reservation. The reception areas are not bad, large conference room a bit dated. More spacious dining room next door. The two meals were served self-catering in the dining room with nothing more than good food, often cold because it was on a stove. Nothing too transcendent however... In conclusion: not so bad but the food deserves for the self a little more refinement for the place.

It's centrally located and very convenient, but I wouldn't recommend going by car as there is no parking.

At beginning I’d like to say that it’s in the quite good location. Easy to walk to the center or catch some bus. Biedronka on the ground floor also useful. Staff very friendly and helpful, tower A has a 24-hour reception. I chose the room ”Superior”, at first glance it looked great, however, after a closer look you can notice some tiny cracks in the wall and tiny scuffs on the wall. Kitchen basic equipped, countertop in one place cracked (MDF laminate), you can already see the tooth of time in this room. Cabinets don’t close properly (hinge torn out), on the plus side, washing machine (but no powder/capsules) and dishwasher (one capsule for a stay of 3d day), which was held on one screw in the cabinet, sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from under the sink. Living room nice, TV a little old, but has many channels even foreign, sofa comfortable. As for the bathroom, there is nothing to complain about, nice, there was gel and hot water, only the white towels had small red spots(maybe some lipstick?). The bedroom is also in good condition, fresh bedding, TV, the only problem was the hard touching door and the non-functioning led behind the bed. In summary, certainly on the plus side air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, cleanliness of the bathroom, friendly staff, free wifi. On the other hand, the downsides that I remember the most are the problem with the bedroom door(probably fell on the hinges) and problems with the cabinets in the kitchen - torn out hinge and (ATTENTION!) failure to meet the deadline for returning the deposit, I had to wait a whole month (only after not accepting the transaction, the bank reversed the payment)! I also wrote an e-mail about this, but did not receive a reply.

I had a reservation done on 07.07.2022 for the night of 08.07.2022, but on 30.06.2022 I have received an email from V Hotel informing me that the reservation was canceled, and no other details. After a fast investigation, I came to the conclusion that it was canceled because of a failed attempt of payment on 30.06.2022, due to an insufficient balance on my Revolut account. A couple of hours after getting the email (around 17:00), I called the hotel to understand what was the possibilities of recovering the booking as I added enough funds on my Revolut account. I was told by the receptionist that probably it was possible, however the manager was not in the hotel, he had no idea on how to do it and that I would get a phone call one the manager would be on the hotel. I've waited until the next day, but got no call. I decided to call on the next morning (09:40) and another receptionist told me that the manager would be arriving in 20 minutes, and they would call me when that would happen. I waited 4 hours and had no contact whatsoever. So, I decided to call them again (at 13:30). I was greeted by another receptionist, that simply suggested that I would create another booking. Which I replied that I would like to have the old booking back has now the price would be much higher. Then I was told that no other rooms were available on the hotel, contradicting the previous suggestion. After showing my disappointment for the lack of flexibility and effort to try to solve the issue in good terms, I was told once again that they would call me when the manager would come back. I asked when that would be and I was told that it would be on 05.07 or 06.07 (so I would be waiting for a reply until 2 days before the date of check in - assuming that they would call me). Obviously, I refused that since I would have to start looking for another hotel room right away. In the end of the call, I asked for the name of the person to which I was talking to and in return the receptionist hanged the phone on me (I was never rude or indelicate). Prime example of professionalism! To consider that 08.07 is the day of a concert of Coldplay in Warsaw and the demand for hotel rooms is very high for that day, and the hotel canceled my reservation on the first try to get the payment, in order to get another booking that would give them more money. In result, I lost my reservation and had to book a much more expensive hotel room elsewhere. My main complaints here are: - I only got one email, without any details on why the reservation was canceled; - There was no attempt to contact me over the phone in order to proceed with the payment on a different way; - The attempts of just make wait for their call until I would forget or give up; - The utterly unprofessional atitude of the last receptionist with whom I spoke, that didn't do any effort to solve the issue, gave me contradictory information and hang up the phone in my face. Luxury hotel with outstanding services. Something special!

The hotel is in a good environment, the service is very good, the architectural style is very characteristic; there is a good restaurant in the surrounding area called the palace, not far from the historic cafes Bristol and the city hall. The experience is very good, and it feels much better than the chain hotels of Novotel, Pullman and Hilton in other European countries.

The room was very clean and the stay itself was very satisfying. The facility here was a method of checking in by myself, but it was quite difficult because there was no detailed email from the hotel and there was only one person on the day. He responded immediately after contacting me, but ... I think it would be nice if you knew that such troubles sometimes occur. Especially if you travel alone, be careful. It was quite difficult to understand where the hotel was. I managed to reach it by asking people. Other than that, I am quite satisfied!

The apartment very disappointed me. With no rooms in other standards we got Junior Siut. The general impression is good. It's a new investment, so the rooms are still clean and clean. Most furniture is completely unfunctional, the fridge under the oven (?!) at the table, made it a nightmare use. A compositioned canpa, which drove off after laying down while sitting on it. In addition, with a box, which contained only one pillow and a cotton. A nightmare big cloth - a coffee table - whose move to spread the sofa required 3 people. No light bulb and contacts in the area of the sofa. Assuming it is also a bedroom, a fatally designed room.Coffee/tea cooking kit for 3 days of stay for 3 people includes 2 green tea, 2 disposable sugars and 2 sachets of soluble coffee. Equipment in the kitchenette: 3 tbsp for a cross, a small teflon-cut pan and one small already-cut scissor. Of course the cup also were, in the amount of 3 pieces. One small bag for garbage! No paper towels or some kind of towels in the kitchen. Apartment with anesque? This is some joke, it was in the apartments and it was always in them coffee, tea, salt, pepper, sugar, etc. Because it is anesthetic apartments!!! Noisyly called a set of cosmetics, it is a cheap gel for shower in a collective dispenser. Of course cleaning in rooms extra paid. Nothing I've ever slept in Mecure and room at the same price is heaven and earth. At 7:00, the bad guy broke us up on the evacuation alarm. That, in fact, it was known after a moment that it was a false alarm that we learned only after we left the building and after a moment we went to the reception where it was as if nothing had happened. From the window view the wall of the block with balconies, no privacy, but I knew which hotel I was choosing. Well, it's a location in the center of ... I think it's the outskirts of the center of Warsaw. It may be a center for Warsaw, but not necessarily for hotel guests.

Rarely have a triple room, not far from the old town

Perfect one bedroom apartment. Clean with a big windows, small but comfortable beds. Nice big bathroom and spacious hallway with plenty of clothes space. Kitchen equip with all necessary gadgets to prepare meals. A love the aria to take a walk or go grocery shopping and few restaurants.
