The hotel is in a very nice and well maintained area, the rooms are quiet enough, equipped with all basic and necessary appliances like water cattle, mini bar, high water pressure in the shower and bath facilities, electronic windows blinds, heating & air conditioning. Clean rooms, plenty options to choose from intercontinental breakfast, there is a gym and spa that I couldn’t use because of our short stay. Downside: in our room we had only 1 wall socket, we were left stranded in the city without having enough phone battery, we had to find place to charge which was like a huge hassle in Milan where we went after our stay. The hotel is quiet far from big cities, however, we met some amazing people in the surrounding towns, where we had a great night out too. Taxi/Uber costed us between €50-70 from/to Milan, I would consider Share Now or other car rentals.
Garage e posti macchina in abbondanza. Tutto molto pulito. Letti non comodissimi. Angolo cottura senza stoviglie (a cosa serve?)
Chambre petite.

If there was no supplier located close to this hotel, I would have not stayed there. First of all, it is quite old and situated in a remote place, where you have nothing around. The AC in my room was pretty weak. It could not manage to cool down the room, so I had to open the balcony to have a bit air, even if it was very warm in the night. The hotel does not have its own restaurant. They buy something precooked and microwave it for the customers. I asked a guy at the reception, if their restaurant is good and he said yes! At least we realized it pretty quickly and left to a proper restaurant. The toilet in my room was leaking. Water did not properly stop and was sound of pouring water the entire night… A lamp in refrigerator was dying. And also producing noise… Breakfast is very mediocre. They have many similar pastries (mini-croissants with different filling), cereals, yoghurt, boiled eggs, one time I had cold thick pancakes. No omelette, nor good selection of ham and cheese, even bread is not available. Coffee is not the best… Before coming to the hotel, I asked them if they have a pick up service. I wanted to be picked up from Arcore, which is just 10km away. Instead they proposed to get out of train in Monza and take a taxi from there. In case I could not find a taxi, they offered their support to find a taxi :) But I had to call them from Monza… At the end, I walked 9 km from Arcore to the hotel. At least I could pay with AmEx… If there is a chance, stay somewhere else.
Came to Italy for a business trip of 2 months. I've brought my bikes over to the hotel, usually kept them inside my car, one night I had to make room in my car, so I chained them on a metal rod & removed the front wheel, and left them in the hotel's underground parking lot. 11:30pm -> bikes are there. 11:30am the next day -> no sign of them. Shocked and frankly sad, I tried my luck at the reception, where I received a ”It is what it is” kind of response, which honestly I get. With my riding plan ruined I went to my room, ~15 minutes later I get a call to my room ”We've f o u n d your bikes”, (Awesome! but wait a minute, what does it.. mean?), went to the lobby, I asked the same guy at the reception ”Hey what's up?” and he responded ”I have no idea, but wait a few minutes”. After a few minutes a manager comes out and trying to explain that ”italy's streets are dangerous and I should be careful with my bikes” etc. etc., which I don't get, until I just ask ”Do you have my bikes?” - ”Yes.” - ”Did YOU take my bikes?” - ”Yes - to protect you” - ”in order to not get stolen by a thief that will enter your parking lot, you broke a heavy metal chain and stole my one-cycle-bike?” She then switched to: ”Well we didn't know who was the owner” What. ”The bikes are clearly someone's in a HOTEL TIED WITH A CHAIN”. Anyways, it was clear an employee tried to steal them. (But she thought it's a better way to handle it by presenting that it's a ”policy” to break customers property where it's supposed to be???) I received: - NO APOLOGY. - A ruined lock-chain that I bought at the same week. - A smashed wheel cover (like someone tried to smack it with a door to fit it somewhere. Really left a sour taste, definitely will notify my workplace & co-workers (that regularly book in this area) to avoid this hotel. The barista guys are really nice & breakfast is adequate+
Hotel breakfast is ok and the staff at breakfast are friendly... that's as good as it gets. The rooms are sweltering hot. I asked to change rooms straight after check-in and the staff advised that HVAC is broken for all rooms, has been for a while and wont be fixed - I had to go and buy a fan to cool the room. I had to check out early and they have a cancellation policy. Their policy is you can leave early but you do not get a refund, even though I specifically booked a hotel which would allow this. The room is clean, but very seedy - how many ”4 star” hotels do you know of who supply hotel branded condoms in the toothbrush and comb utility box - a box of 2 condoms with 1 missing...? They also have nice frosted glass walls between the shower, toilet and bed area - classy. Further to that, on the wall opposite the entry door is a panel - soft soundproofed as all the others. If you look closely you'll see a small handle at the bottom and this panel opens to see a door into the service corridor. YOU as the guest can not open or lock this door, but the staff can at any time of day or night. If they do open the door and you are in the frosted glass walled shower or toilet then you expose your all to them. Another handy feature is the cupboard on the back wall. This also has a shelf with a hidden door which opens into the service corridor. Again, as the guest you can not lock this or stop the hotel accessing it 24 hours a day. Therefore if you want to use the shelf above the safe, do not put anything valuable there - the hotel can remove it while you are asleep.
Very close to the toll booth, convenient parking, excellent reception service, spacious clean room, large bathroom, comfortable beds, well-stocked and varied breakfast buffet.
I suggest the cleaning staff to lower the volume of their voice in the morning so as not to disturb the rest of the guests
We should start clarifying one thing: it is not a 4 stars! The characteristics are at least those of a 3 stars. Unfortunately, the experience was not positive, in fact. I was hosted with my children for two nights. We found a scraper and the room was not clean, though we had noticed it, the only service provided was to change the towels and the beds reset. Nothing else: all the dirt on the ground, in the bathrooms and in the baskets, remained where it was; unacceptable for any hotel, let us imagine for one who shows the four stars on the signs; breakfast was little assorted but it was enough. I really regret having to give this negative opinion, but given the expectations and the price paid (this is 4 stars), I couldn't do anything else.

The room was spacious and clean, nothing to lay, but unfortunately we couldn't sleep during the night because the room was at the first floor and right above the entrance to the hotel garage, So all night you felt the door open and closed at the garage down and the noise of the cars in or out.. more lost to 4-5 of the morning someone passed with the car radio at all volumes -. -
