The wifi is pathetic. The TV have very poor picture quality; there was no operating restaurant other than for breakfast between 6.30am to 10am. The entry to the hotel from the road level is obscure and hidden. There was no room service. I had a heritage room and there was nothing heritage about it except for plastic woven ratten pattern on the wall. The room lighting was pathetic and the arm chair came apart at the first sitting. The thumping from the night club on the 13th floor made sleep impossible.

The rooms have a good layout, the beds were comfortable. Staff and service is great. Would definitely recommend coming to this hotel. The breakfast was good and to our taste. Everything is well maintaining. We would definitely visit again. One of the staff (Shiv) who served us breakfast in the morning was excellent. Has good service, well spoken.

Hotel location is very good. It's near 32 sector Government Hospital Chandigarh.
It's collaboration with OYO rooms, so he first denied to give me hotel but after that he give me room. Receptionist told me next time i book hotel with OYO otherwise he will not give me rooms.
Rooms are clean but AC remote is not working.
Toilet is Smelly.
Water bottle is not sealed i think they refill the Water.
Not very good experience just over all ok.

Location is good, quite neighbourhood itself for good sleep, but a few minutes by walking to a shopping mall with everything.
Quite clean rooms and good service.
Only 1 aspect should improve is the facilities, I think the hot water is not 24 hours.

GGuest UserIt was a decent stay. The hotel is very close to attawa chowk and close to 43 bus stand. Almost 15-20 min far away from isbt. The receptionist was good. I haven’t tried the food but one thing is good that they are providing the breakfast at 7:30am. There wasn’t much silence at the room but feels like okay. So, at the end i can 7/10 points.

风风筝爱旅行Ctrip gave this hotel four diamonds, which I think is a bit exaggerated. In fact, the room facilities are very common, and I feel that it is not as good as home in China. The room is not allowed to smoke, every time I go downstairs to smoke 🚬, the staff is very cold, but in general it is okay.

GGuest UserI stayed here last week, the hotel is on the highway. You can walk for 10/15 mins to the closest shops. The hotel only looks good from outside but not inside. The lobby is good but the rooms, they are ok, compared to the exteriors. When I checked in there was no hot water coming and a plumber had to be called to check, which was taking a long time. Rather, these should have been checked in advance, before the guests arrive. Being a big hotel, water bottles are not provided complimentary, you will have to pay for it. Also, the breakfast was bad not ***y options available.Internet also was not working properly.
