The hotel has a good parking area for brushes, the swimming pool is good, just for brushing the toothpaste the toothpaste is like a 2 star hotel, at least a small pepsodent... and Sosro brand tea bags, star hotels should have enough for their tea...so far the place is comfortable

Last week I stayed in this Hotel for attending a meeting for 5 days. Love the room as it is very clean and comfy. The bathroom is also very clean, the hot and cold water runs very well. The location is strategic, too. It is near Palembang Indah Mall. All of the staff there is friendly and polite. A special gratitude to Lira Amelia - Housekeeping who has been very helpful during my stay. Well-done! THANK YOU!

This hotel is highly recommended for a business trip. The price is affordable yet with nice facilities and service. Every room has balconies and many rooms with nice view. Thanks for the receptionist, juvri for giving me the room with ampera bridge view. Overall, it's a nice hotel.

OowajawaI have always been pleased by the hospitality of amaris hotel in Jakarta and Surabaya Keeping in mind of their good service, i booked a room for my family here. We needed to checked in early and it was accommodated by the reception. However, finding a parking slot was a bigger challenge. The basement parking lot has limited space and with the event they held on the ballroom, it became such a hectic experience. No one was there to manage the parking lot hence there were two selfish cars taking up 3 spaces. And when i got a parking spot, hustled my belongings and walked to the lobby, a guy stopped me and asked me to park elsewhere. HOW NICE! If the spot reserved why there was no sign of it at all???? And the guy finally let it go. However. Later around 9 pm where our family had fall asleep the reception called and woke us all up. This is unacceptable. Just because you still wake up and do your job, doesnt mean your guests are also awake. Please improve your human resources quality.

Bbramk91I spent two nights in this hotel. The hotel is strategically located near the heart of Palembang. If the traffic were not crowded, it took about 20 minutes by taxy. The hotel is a well preserved old four storeys hotel. on the first floor, there are 24 hour McD and some restaurants, so eating is not a problem. The price is reasonable. The check-in and check out process is fast and efficient. The room was standard room. The bed was comfortable. The toilet and its toiletries are good and clean. The aircon was cool. The breakfast was standard one and tasty. Overall, it is a nice and comfortable hotel to stay.
